Good and nice service. Wifi is not good.

Stayed 3 days 2 nights here, overall satisfied with the affordable price, got a fairly spacious and clean room. The car park is also spacious, the service in the lobby, especially the security, is very helpful for us both in parking the car and unloading goods. It's just a shame that the variety of food at breakfast is not much, if the variety of food is much I give 100 for this hotel.

The location is on the side of the road, easy to find. Parking is very spacious. I was only able to check in at almost 3 pm and the FO gave me the wrong room, a room that was already occupied by other guests was given to us. Luckily we were still in the lobby and had not gone upstairs. The room was spacious, with a large bed and lots of pillows. The bathroom was also clean but the refrigerator leaked, water came out and it was slippery. My child almost slipped several times. The pool is also kids friendly, big and clean. The food is delicious, the chili sauce is really delicious.

Most of the food is finished even though it's only 8am.

my suggestion for the hotel: 1. TV is very small, it's better to replace it with a bigger one 2. Toilet lights are dim... are you afraid of seeing spoiled ones? The sink is clogged, the technician has come but it's still not running smoothly. 3. Replace the pillowcase with a cleaner, fresher one... vacuum the sofa bed... 4. High season rates are high, also match the food menu That's all I can say... hopefully there will be improvements in the future..

The friendliness of the security guards and staff was very good, one day if I go to Lembang I will stay at this hotel again, it's just a shame that there was a noisy sound from the roof top which was used as a restaurant entering the room I was staying in.

It's quite okay, it's just a shame that the security is biased, just because I was using a motorbike, they didn't cross the road, the security guard on duty at that time was 02-14-25. 2 pm

location in the middle between Bandung and Lembang, cool atmosphere because it is still close to Lembang friendly and very helpful receptionist, varied breakfast menu and live cooking plus beautiful view from the roof top will be an option when returning to Bandung and its surroundings

For strategic location. Spacious room but unfortunately there are many browsers and clean. There is no refrigerator in the room, many scribbles on the cupboard. Hopefully the breakfast menu will be more varied.

The hotel is located between Bandung and Lembang. Unfortunately there are limited things to do here. You have to go to the city or go to Lembang to do some activities. The breakfast was quite OK. During my stay, I got a broken bidet.:(

Choosing to stay again because the first experience was very good, but the second experience was not as good as the first, starting from the room smelling of spray because it might have been used for smoking (there were butts outside the window) even though I had asked for a non-smoking room. Continued with the bathroom lights going out, complained twice before the problem was solved, continued with the wifi going out, complained but the problem was not solved until C/O. Other things are good such as breakfast, friendliness, security. Hopefully the things that are still lacking can be fixed.

The room is spacious. My experience was good but not great. The breakfast not too much variety on the dishes. The location near to the destination that we went.
