Came, rode a motorbike to the lobby to drop off my wife--approached by the concierge, instead of helping me unload my bags and belongings, he told me to turn around to go to the parking lot. Fix the management and rules, even though I ride a motorbike, I'm still a guest. Before the evening had finished walking around, it was raining heavily, so I dropped my wife off in the lobby so she wouldn't get wet, but was approached again by security and not allowed to go through the lobby. Terrible. It would be better if the security guard came to the parking lot to help provide an umbrella and then politely escorted us to the lobby so we wouldn't get wet. If you don't have a basement--At least be quiet and understanding, know that if it rains or other special circumstances there's no need to be reprimanded. Fix the "hospitality", or put on the front page of your website "Our hospitality is only for car drivers". Terrible. On the other hand, the rooms at 619 are good, the bathtub and shower are safe. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, not old and creepy, breakfast is great. It's just a shame that the hospitality towards guests riding motorbikes is bad, hopefully it can be improved 👎
