it's nice to be able to check in early without any additional cost. the room is super clean and tidy. unfortunately the air conditioner in the room is leaking :(

Lokasinya enak, tidak repot cari makan karna sepanjang jalan banyak mam pinggir jalan yang enak, ada beberapa fast food juga. Pelayanan ramah, keseluruhan hotelnya bersih banget banget banget. Ambiencenya cantik, aesthetic, warm, sukak. Roomnya kecil tapi ya cukuplah untuk numpang bobo aja. Overall 10/10.

Hotelnya bagus dan nyaman, saya menginap bersama teman 1 kamar bertiga kasurnya nyaman dan luas. Kurangnya hanya di toilet yang becek karena saluran airnya kurang tinggi.

Enak hotelnya bersih dan wangi cuma kamar agak sempit beda waktu dulu saya check in kamarnya lebih gede padahal harganya sama.

Small hotel in west jakarta. The stair in front of gate hotel so scary. Please make it more comfortable. People can slipped down on the stair.

Worth it for the price. The rooms are stylish and clean. The towels always smell good! But on the last night you got an old towel? Different from other nights, it's like I just bought it.

Some of the bed sheets were torn and some had spots. Maybe you should replace it with a new one. Cleanliness is good. Friendly staff.

If you want to stay here, can the security be briefed to make guests more welcoming? It seems like this criticism has been expressed many times, but nothing has changed. The receptionist was excellent for me because she was friendly and took the initiative.

I really like staying at the Delua Hotel. The room is clean, there is a garden opening even though the room is in the middle.
