A pleasant stay experience. The first time I arrived, before 2 pm, I was able to check in early and was not charged, while in other places they often charge. The service staff are very friendly and polite. If asked, they always answer in a pleasant tone. The room facilities are quite good. The room feels clean even though there is a little light dust in some places but it doesn't matter to me. The size of the bed with a non-AC room turned out to still be a queen size and for one person it is very spacious and sufficient. TV, fan, shower, toilet work well even though for the shower if you want to use hot water you have to wait a while but the hot water can still come out. The amenities are a bit lacking. There are only 2 towels in the room. There is no soap, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrush. For drinking water, a dispenser is provided, you can also take hot water so you can refill as much as you like. For a non-AC room, my initial expectation was that it would be stuffy but it turned out not to be because the air circulation is still good even without AC and also because the air in Malang is still good so it can still be comfortable without AC. Overall, staying here is highly recommended. With a price per night of less than 100 thousand in the app, for non-AC rooms it can still be an option to stay because the room is still comfortable to sleep in and the staff is also very friendly. This inn is also close to many shops, minimarkets, cafes, and also food stalls so that everywhere is still comfortable even though you have to walk.
