For all services are quite good, but please pay attention to the parking problem. Please prioritize hotel guests rather than cinema visitors.

The room is spacious, comfortable to stay here. The downside is, Wi-Fi and cellular data are not good at receiving so downloading or VC is often interrupted and takes a long time.

very bad experience staying at this hotel. first time already dunno, got a deluxe room type room no 1017. the room is very dirty dusty, until it sticks to the soles of the feet, dirty stained sheets, smelly room. dirty bathroom, yellow floor like it hasn't been scrubbed for a long time. how cruel to give a room that hasn't been swept and mopped to occupy. position is bringing a 1 year old child with husband. will not come back to stay here. the cleanliness of a 4 star hotel room is inferior to a 3 star hotel in pekanbaru that I have stayed in.
