It's not bad for a first time stay. But the room space is not that spacious, it's too dim and not bright. There are cockroaches in the corner hahaha. Next time I want to try to stay again, hopefully I'll get a nice room.

All comfortable and close to dinner places and easy to reach. Rooms need to be renovated for aesthetics of cleanliness.

Tissues are not available, rooms and towels are not very clean. The last dud was getting a fine for something unclear. Not recommended overall!

The room is narrow for those with small children. There is also no phone in the room so it is a bit difficult to call the reception for breakfast. Not recommended.

There is no tissue in the room, tissue is only provided in the toilet. There is no trash can in the room. There is also no toothbrush in the toilet, but I have asked via WA and the response is okay. Overall everything is okay, just the lack of tissue & trash can.

Hotel staff is friendly, child friendly, swimming pool has nice views.

The bathroom was leaking, so a lot of water came out onto the bed, the door was also hard to open, in fact someone dared to enter the room but luckily the door was hard to open.

I recommend the hotel, yesterday when I was there, many people from out of town or tourists stayed at this hotel because the location is strategic and you can walk everywhere, next to the hotel there are also many supermarkets and places to eat. To just stay at the hotel, it's still okay because above it there is a restaurant or cafe with a cool view if the sky is nice, there was live music yesterday when I was hanging out above.

The location is pleasant with easy access, but the car parking is a bit limited. The room and hotel environment are clean, but the amenities are minimalist. The breakfast is delicious with quite good variety. The staff service is friendly and responsive. Hopefully the amenities can be improved according to the room rate.

The room smells of cigarette smoke and the bathroom door is wobbly. Overall, it makes it comfortable. Thank you.

everything is really good except the parking area which can only fit a few cars until valet parking, it's so uncomfortable to have to ask for the car key every time you want to leave the hotel. other than that it's really good, it's worth it
