It is necessary to pay more attention to the condition of the rooms and toilets which are very lacking.

Quite comfortable, the staff is very friendly, the facilities are quite complete, it's just that there are no hangers and the road to the inn is quite challenging 😀.

The staff was kind to change me room when I found many holes and stains in the bedsheets of my room. However, both rooms have a crazy amount of mould all over, even on the wall paper and curtains. Everywhere. I had booked two nights but didn't stay even one. It is a health hazard and the hotel should not be allowed to operate in such state.

Clean hotel, can order food with affordable price and delicious taste. The location is not far but a little bit in, still ok for those who bring a car. Recommended for those who will be doing activities in the Jimbaran area.

Everything is good, from the friendly staff and cheap room rates, but the facilities are good, only the cleanliness needs to be improved, starting from the bed sheets and other equipment.

I chose this because I only intended to sleep because I would leave at dawn, but it was really a dud, starting from the unpleasant smell, the very smelly water, the mattress area was not clean, the room pantry area was not clean, it looked very dirty and not suitable, it seemed like this was only rented for a few hours, right? Entering the location through narrow alleys. Hopefully it will be renovated soon so that customers are comfortable. Small is okay as long as it is not dirty.

I've been to Bali twice, I've also stayed here twice for the Jimbaran area or want to be near the airport, want to eat seafood at Jimbaran beach, it's really close too. Places for souvenirs (whatever) are also close to everything. The mainstay place if you want to go on holiday again in Bali. The staff are all friendly. The food is delicious. My friends and I can leave things with the staff. The Capella is really the best 🥰

Susana is quiet and comfortable, the rooms are clean, there is a small balcony for those who want to smoke, there is a small cafe which is super cheap, there is a swimming pool too 🫶🏻

The room is large, the mattress is comfortable, the TV is good, there is a balcony. Entrance location. There is an electric kettle for making tea and coffee and a mini refrigerator. The bathroom has hot water, but in the morning the water is very small, maybe because many people use it. The minus is that when I stayed there, there was no bathroom mat. There are 2 towels. Friendly prices

The parking area is not very wide, it goes in and out of the alley. Others okay.

FO no one is guarding. Staff response is very slow. Wifi can not be accessed. The closet has no water and is broken. The water sink is very small. Washers don't work. Damp walls. Torn towels. Not recommended. Finally I moved hotels.
