It was a pleasant experience staying here, the rooms are big, clean, the staff is really friendly, the food is healthy and delicious. The view is cool, you can get a free yoga class for beginners. The spa really makes a tired body feel refreshed. And that makes us very happy. Our room is decorated beautifully and get a chocolate cake for our anniversary celebration. Perfect and awesome.

Mantap. Hotelnya tenang, adem, cuma nemu * tikus, jadi bikin bau kamar. Tapi selebihnya bagus. Perhatikan kebersihan detail kamar dan di semprot pengharum ruangan.

The room does not match the one in the booking picture. The request for the top floor, was even given the lowest floor, and there was no view at all, even though the room type was a suite. The room is very humid like wet, so I can't sleep, the lighting is dark too. The partition with the next room is only limited by bamboo, and the staff is very noisy. The staff are also not very friendly, the only friendly ones are the security guards. At breakfast we asked for water, instead we were asked to go to the lobby hahaha funny and finally we checked out at 10 am because we didn't really feel at home. Disappointed and will never stay here again. Even though I almost once a week staycation.

All of the staff are friendly, the rooms are appropriate, clean, ask for a view of the pool to get. Confused about it. Good luck. If I go to Bali, I will come here again.

I really love the place, the atmosphere was great, quiet and calm, very suitable for honeymoon and relaxing. The private pool was also nice, we can swim every time we want. Nice villa with village and rustic ambiance. My only concern was the water pressure on shower was low and the hot water need times to run. Some minor problems with ac and electricity, but solve in quick response by the staff.

Masha Allah. It's really a beautiful blend of villa facilities and natural scenery that is presented in front of your eyes. It felt really pampered from coming to leaving the resort. Next have to repeat again staying here. Several times come and stay in Ubud, this is the most spectacular.

Wow, that's amazing. Very satisfied staying here. Starting from the fast response of the resort management before the date of our stay, when we arrived to the delivery and explanation when we were at the villa. We were really treated well. Next, definitely come back here for a few days to be more satisfied. We also try the spa package, which doesn't cost a lot of money. Thanks a lot, Pramana.

The place is romantic, really suitable for honeymooners. The rooms are spacious, clean, the beds are clean, just clean. Good breakfast. Restaurant also takes food orders, the taste is good. If you are lazy to go out, order at a restaurant, the standard price is not expensive. The view is really good at breakfast. Will come back again.

While I enjoyed the view and the hotel, but the hotel is full of extra charges. Even for orange juice? I would expect more services considering I paid the most expensive room.
