In room 211 the AC was not working properly, it was very hot.

Actually, I quite like staying at this hotel because the security guards are friendly and helpful, the staff are friendly and check in is fast, - for the size of the room I stayed in it was a bit small but there was still room to pray in the room so it was still okay... - many of the woods were rotten and needed to be replaced. the toilet seat also seemed to need to be replaced. the shower if possible should not be the one that is embedded in the roof, for me it makes it less comfortable to rinse. maybe it can be considered when renovating. - Oh yes, the sheets and pillowcases had lots of stains, they should be replaced too. + the best thing is the towels are clean white, and the AC is cold. in the room there are also prayer mats, Al-Quran and mukena, Oh yes, the mukena if possible should also be replaced every time the guest changes 😊 + Breakfast on February 13, 2025 was delicious, the taste was just right, not too salty and not just ordinary, but really delicious. I chose fried rice and noodles, requested medium spicy and without vegetables and it was served as requested 😊 there were pieces of papaya, watermelon and melon, given 3 breads and 3 donuts my children liked 🤗 hopefully the taste will be maintained. Hopefully this hotel will be easier to renovate in the future and become more beautiful. keep up the spirit everyone 🤗🤗🤗

AC is not working properly @room204

the staff is EXTRAORDINARY FRIENDLY, from entering the parking lot, then to the FO, then the staff who always greet us every time we pass by. very happy to stay here. the location is near the main road, lots of food and snacks around the hotel, the access is very close to the toll exit pin. there is a swimming pool for children, and the adult one is not too deep, only about 1 meter deep. very satisfied staying here

An old hotel that was luxurious in its time. Overall it's just okay.

The floor in the public area is very dirty and there are lots of puddles, the hotel facilities are old and poorly maintained, the breakfast menu is very limited and the portions are small so it runs out quickly

Staff helpful and friendly, check in and check out process is very easy. Rooms are clean and fragrant complete with prayer equipment, there is a children's play area. Around the hotel there are many choices of restaurants

The hotel is quite kids friendly, because there is a playground. But I apologize for the breakfast, the food was too salty, and the bathroom door where I stayed couldn't be closed properly, the AC wasn't very cold either, hopefully it can be fixed🙏

the staff is very friendly from check-in to check-out. the facilities are quite complete and kids friendly. the size of the family room is quite spacious, mukena + quran are provided, the only minus is the bathroom is quite narrow and the shower is built above. the location is very strategic. but overall will definitely come here again if I have a staycation in Bogor!

When we arrived, we were greeted by friendly staff who escorted us to our room. With a comfortable and clean room atmosphere, it made us feel at home in the room area. The facilities in the room are quite complete, prayer mats, mukenah and sarongs are also provided. The bathroom is clean, but the hot water has to be turned on for quite a long time before it comes out. The food for breakfast is quite varied and delicious. The location of the hotel is quite strategic and the area around it is full of people selling.

Every time I book a hotel room through this Application, I always get an unpleasant room, in this hotel the room location is not good (room 216, the room location is at the end, scary, next to the sanitation room and water machine so we can't rest), the room condition is not ready (similar to an empty room that has not been occupied for a long time, the walls are still stained), bathroom equipment is not checked (soap and shampoo refill) so we have to ask, the bathroom floor is slippery, the equipment (towels) are also dull and not clean. Is it because of the promo price from this Application that causes the hotel to provide room facilities so minimal...??

Not even a month have I stayed at Sahira again, it's okay to miss it, but the hotel is comfortable, the restaurant area can be used for drinking coffee with family, the swimming pool is spacious and clean, activities for children on Sundays.. it's just a shame that when I went there, it was raining, there were lots of leaks in the kids corner and the cleanliness of the room and swimming pool area was not well maintained, hopefully in the future it can be better..

Breakfast food lacks variety, taste is lacking, CS is slow to respond, cleanliness is lacking for the swimming pool, the gutters around the swimming pool are full, water stagnates up to the poolside benches, the bathroom is too small, there is no wrapper in the room, there are also not enough trash cans outside. The room is quite good, I ordered the family one.

Overall okay, strategic location + very helpful staff, asking for help to heat my child's MPASI is always welcomed but for the bed sheet maybe it's time to change it, the color is no longer white and the bathroom floor is very slippery. Suggestions for the breakfast menu focus on quality not quantity.
