Kesan pertama waktu datang, proses check in lama sampai sempat nama saya tidak ditemuian sebelum akhirnya ganti resepsionis baru akhirnya ketemu. Tidak ada senyum dari petugas resepsionis. Tidak ada concierge yang membantu menaikkan koper kami yang besar-besar. Selanjutnya agak terobati karena kamar kami bersih rapi dan luas. Anak saya yang bayi sakit dan muntah. Pelayanan housekeepingnya baik dan cekatan. Semua seprai dan selimut diganti baru. Hari kedua kami memberitahu bahwa akan late check out jam 8 malam karena flight kami jam 11 malam. Diberitahu ada penambahan 100 ringgit. Tapi akhirnya kami ditelpon resepsionis dengan nada yang tidak enak dan terkesan marah. Bahwa 100 ringgit hanya boleh check out jam 6 malam. Akhirnya kami langsung check out dan lagi-lagi membawa barang-barang koper kami yang besar plus kami juga membawa bayi tanpa ditawarkan bantuan. Untuk yang mengharapkan pelayanan layaknya hotel berbintang jangan pernah kesini. Tapi kalau mengharapkan yang dekat Legoland, murah dan bersih tempat ini cocok.

Could not give full star because they did not provide the correct room which I have to go down to reception again to clarify the issue. Other than that, easy to park either inside or infront of the hotel. Easy to go to legoland. Location is really strategic because next to family mart, petron pump station, 7e, marry brown, Mr. DIY, mini market, mamak shop and burger stall.

The emergency alarm suddenly goes off at midnight around 1AM and the atmosphere quite scary.

Clean and delicious breakfast. Suitable for travel at the GP.

For a nice hotel, the rooms are spacious and comfortable with 2 bathrooms, 1 big bed and 1 single bed. cleanliness okay, food is pretty good. Only the location is far from the city center, this is suitable for those who want to rest. If for culinary and snacks it is not suitable, because the location is a bit to the edge. For the staff lacking in friendliness. Feels a bit stiff atmosphere there, lack Hospitality.

Hotel is ok but location is a bit far from main attraction in Johor. Overall is nice.

The hotel is a stopover if we are from Singapore, from Larkin terminal near when the grab ride is around 25 ringgit, close to Legoland the grab is around 20 ringgit, next to the hotel there is a mall but new, there is a bus terminal can go directly to Kuala Lumpur, many sell food , nasi lemak, laundry. A good hotel with friendly service, easy check-in, the room we booked for the family is very large and very comfortable, the kids like it, the pool is clean, the breakfast menu is also delicious, just love I have checked in 2 days but I only use one day because I want to go directly to Kuala Lumpur, even though the kids are happy and at home here. This hotel is really recommended, we also get very cheap prices for this class of hotel.

It was a new hotel. Food was great. Room was huge with 2 shower rooms. Amazing!!! I was enjoy staying in Hotel Holmes GP. Will be back some day

The rooms are nice, clean and big, there are 2 bathrooms that are clean, very relaxed for resting at the hotel after a day playing in Legoland.

Rooms are large, beautiful and clean, the pool is clean, only the staff at the front office needs to be more friendly. I get another room unlike in the app and ask for a change. Fortunately there are staff who are willing to serve. The other women make faces as lazy as we request while we request a room as in the book in the app.

Good hotel, will stay at there again when in Johor....

This hotel really likes, the rooms are very spacious that I can get. Thank you Traveloka. The service is good, the cleanliness of the rooms is high, it's just very far from the airport so having to pay is around 20-35 ringgit to get to the location of my activity. This hotel is close to Legoland. There are places to eat in front of it, stalls or bus places to Singapore. The point is satisfied, I'm so happy. There is a swimming pool and it's quiet so you can swim like a pool yourself. The food is not too good but okay. There are 2 toilets in the room that I got. There is an iron, a fridge, every day it comes cleaned. Friendly people.

location is around 15 km to legoland, and 25 km to the centre of johor bahru. Hotel near local food (nasi kandar) and seven eleven. Room is big enough and comfortable for family who bring kids. Breakfast has many various but the tasty is standard. overall good❤❤

Receptionist very friendly, always show us smiling face, room design very good, wallpaper feel comfortable, light warm, good quality bedding set. The most I like is breakfast food. all restaurant staff very nice to help especially main chef was very responsive, all food was out of my expectations, too good! keep it up! this hotel will always be my first choice when I come JB.

Very good service. Managed to book a spacious family suite with promotion price more than 50% discount. Pool was spacious and breakfast spread very generous and varieties. Will totally come again for an enjoyable family trip
