Regret staying here, there was only an hour between check in and check out. The room was dirty, the floor was mopped with soap, the bathroom was dirty, the sheets were not changed, the staff was rude. Oh my. I will not stay here again, losing 1.2 million is not a problem.

The room was dusty, the floor was sticky as if it hadn't been mopped. My child cried all night because the AC wasn't cold plus the sheets were dirty. The intention to rest was canceled and decided to check out at 6 am looking for another hotel.

The room smells bad, got a unit that had a leak in the sink, and the water always seeped into the room entrance, had activated the cleaning service sign, it was ignored, the mattress and pillows were not clean and white and the smell was also bad, the towels were the same, next time it can be fixed for customer comfort, it's quite good for the budget spent but you don't get comfortable facilities

While I was staying at the hotel, I was still able to receive guests. However, if I received even 2 guests, I would be fined 15 million and asked to sign a statement of a fine of 15 million.

stayed for 2 days with cockroaches, a cockroach landed on my toothbrush on the first day, haha, it just made me in a bad mood, the towels smelled musty, I complained to the receptionist via WA, it was like they pretended not to know 🙃

There are cockroaches, rusty shower, smelly water, dirty mattress, oily floor, no towels, smelly & dirty bathroom, only soap and toothbrush facilities, 800 thousand can get a room like this, not again

What you see is definitely not what you get. Very disappointed and disgusted. The only thing clean is their beds. First time paying in a hotel and not able to use the shower, water. Towels are dirty, no amenities except for 2 in 1 shower gel n shampoo.

The hotel atmosphere is nice, family friendly, the staff are also friendly... but there is a room that can't be locked and the toilet also has 1 bathroom whose lock is broken and there is also an AC in the living room that is leaking so it uses a fan, the gallon refill is also empty if I may suggest if it is already empty, it can be refilled before cus DTG, the rest is really good
