The swimming pool is still under maintenance/repair so the kids can't play in the water.

I already have experience staying at LK Simpang Lima and LK Pandanaran, to complete my experience I tried staying at LK Pemuda. because honestly LK is a comfortable and pleasant hotel because it has an infinity pool with a view of Semarang city, only at LK Pemuda the swimming pool is dirty and bad, I wanted to swim since afternoon and evening but at night the pool was in the process of being drained. I decided to swim in the morning and it turned out the pool was still dirty and like in the photo. I had a very bad experience at LK Pemuda.

The best comfort and facilities for the price of a hotel in its class

The sheets and pillow cases look dirty and smell bad. They smell like sweat. I think it's because they weren't washed properly.

Staying at Louise Kienne is very worth it, OK room rate, very strategic location, comfortable room and infinity pool with very cool view. Overall very satisfied staying here.

Third time staying in this hotel. This is the first time the receptionist seemed unprepared to receive guests. Unsatisfactory experience when checking in to the hotel. Arrived at 14:00, asked to wait because it was not ready. Until 15:00 there was no follow up. Until we asked about the room, they were only helped again after the hotel guests who arrived later had been served first. Maybe next time you can make an arrival list, so it can be first come first served. If necessary, take the number provided at the reception. Got a room at 15:00, but only 1, because the other 1 room was not ready to be cleaned and still waiting for about 45-60 minutes. The sheets and towels also looked less than clean. Hopefully this can be useful input. Thank you.

During breakfast, the service was slow, the dirty tables had not been cleaned, many bowls were empty when my child got the cereal.

But the room is not soundproof, because the person next door was singing with a guitar and it could be heard clearly, the bathroom drain smells bad, in room 11, overall it's ok.

Plus: - Location is ok, strategic, around many legendary foods. - Swimming pool is really big and on the rooftop. Minus: - Not soundproof. - Carpet has many stains, dirty makes you sneeze. - Towels and sheets are dirty, torn, lots of stains. - Amenities are incomplete. - Elevator is old and makes noises. - Parking is narrow and dark. - Lobby is uncomfortable. Overall not worth the price.

This is the best hotel after 3 days changing hotels 3 times, the best. Will stay here again if I go to Semarang.

I booked 4 hotel rooms and came to the hotel to check in at 14.10. Asked to wait because the rooms were not ready. I have waited until 14.40 and there is no information. I am still trying to be positive because it is Eid and there are many guests, so it might take time to clean up. But suddenly another guest just came to check in and was able to get a room right away. I immediately went to the receptionist and asked about this. Even though my child had been crying for a while. Of the 4 rooms, at least one room was prepared first, but until I complained there was no such initiative. Finally asked for another 10 minutes to clean the room.
