the service is very satisfying, all employees are agile in fulfilling customer requests. For the food is ordinary but it is replaced by the view and other facilities that are very good. Hopefully can come here again another time

Very great place for stay vacation with family. The staff are very nice including front office team Shindy and Meimei. Highly recommended hotel!

First time staying here, the room has no AC but believe me it's very cold at night, at first I was worried that without AC I wouldn't be able to sleep, it turned out that I had to sleep with a blanket. But the hotel also provides an air cooler that can be used as an additional guest. The room is very clean, the care and maintenance are very good, appreciate it 👌, all hotel staff are friendly, you can rent Japanese clothes for photos 😁

When we visit, the weather were not so good, raining all day long. Can not visit some area due to bad weather. Nice place with Japanese vibes.

A highly recommended hotel for a family vacation. The view is very beautiful with the addition of paragliding attractions. Feel at home in the hotel without having to go anywhere. Overall good

Cool hotel. The onsen is not too hot so you can soak for a long time. Check in-out is fast and not complicated. There is a boogy car to pick you up from the parking lot to your room. The food is delicious, there are many Japanese food menus so it's fun. The price is worth it for families.

The hotel staff is very friendly. The hotel environment is not spacious. But it is quite clean and good for taking pictures. Vacationing with family is very enjoyable. There are ATV options for children. Electric. So children can ride. There are also ones for adults but not electric. So children and adults can have fun. The hot springs are also at the right temperature. For food, I think it's just so-so. In my opinion, the awareness of the staff in the restaurant needs to be improved. Because when having breakfast, there were a lot of flies and some were perched on the food. I don't know whether it was because it was the rainy season or not. absolutely i will stay here again. i was helped by cs bila from traveloka and receptionist sabrina from onsen to help me reschedule at onsen without additional cost. because of my mistake, my voucher was issued for the 4th when we should have checked in on the 3rd. thank god everything was made easy
easy. we stayed in deluxe cottage with bf, where the bf variations were very diverse and all delicious. the coffee was delicious, even the bread was varied. the place was very clean with all the employees very friendly.

There were lots of flies in the restaurant during breakfast, the hotel staff had no initiative to clean it, we had to ask them to clean it and it was just a matter of cleaning it and the table was still sticky.
