Everything is okay. Only the gym AC is not on.

Neat and clean rooms, with a choice of city views, close to the Taman Bungkul culinary center and other attractions, and close to the city center. Friendly staff, ample parking. Next time, God willing, I'll stop by Batiqa Surabaya again.

Comfortable, clean, always the first choice when staying in Surabaya

Staying overnight to see a concert is totally worth it! The staff, from the security guard who accompanied us for a chat to the other staff, also provided detailed explanations. If you run out of soap, call the staff immediately, and they'll come within 5 minutes. Come on, give it a try.

Awesome, the room view is very impressive

Stayed for 2 nights and then extended for 1 day without breakfast. The price was reasonable, and the city view was very pleasing, although the soundproofing in the room was lacking.

The front desk, security, and staff were all very friendly. The location is quite strategic, close to Jl. Darmo, the zoo, and many culinary delights. The rooms are comfortable and the facilities are excellent. Sorry, I can't give a perfect rating. Unfortunately, my stay was very disturbed by the noisy group in the neighboring rooms, who were making a lot of noise, talking loudly, laughing for quite a while, and leaving food waste in the hallway on my floor. I even called the front desk to complain, but they didn't respond promptly.

I wanted to upload a video to see for myself, but I can't upload a video. The room was nice, but from the moment I arrived, I was even more disturbed until I checked out. I wanted to report it, but this incident was really strange.

Ample parking, close to Indomaret. Close to Bungkul Park as well. Check-in was fast. The rooms were comfortable. The staff was friendly.

My stay at the Batiqa Hotel was enjoyable, but one thing I was concerned about was the bathroom. The floor drain in the shower room was clogged, causing water to pool during showers, making the experience uncomfortable.
