friendly staff, spacious and clean rooms

Every time I go to Surabaya, I always stay at this hotel, because the staff at Choice Hotel are very friendly, sincere, kind, patient and very generous with their smiles, the hotel is very clean.

Friendly service, large rooms, located in a downtown mall, standard prices but hotel access is shared with the mall so there is a bit less privacy and breakfast has few choices and many are sold out and not refilled.

Thank you to the staff at the restaurant for allowing us to choose the porridge so that it can be given to our child.

Was a good stay in here, above BG Junction mall, all you can found there. The main issue is the access from parking area to the hotel, you have to passing the people around who visiting the mall, bring travel back. And other issue when you late coming back to hotel, the mall is close the parking area, so you have to ask an access to go inside, and the light already off from parking area to hotel.
