second time staying here. hotel staff is friendly. room size is big. price is relatively cheap. hotel restaurant menu is also not expensive.

Hotel check out is mandatory at 12.00 no mercy. The lobby reception waiting room is hot, no AC. Must use a deposit of 100,000. Asking for a room key for my wife is not possible. Even though I was given a guarantee of 100,000, I couldn't. The check-in process is also complicated, fill in the guest form yourself, name, address, cellphone number, email, signature. Even though Book and payment are via Traveloka. That can be printed, so just sign. The hotel restaurant cannot eat on the premises, it can only be in the room.

The room is spacious, a bit damp, the wardrobe is moldy, the bedroom curtains are torn, the bathroom door is a bit damaged, there is no hot water, the bedroom door needs to be replaced with a new one.

The place is comfortable. Clean. Friendly staff. Overall, it's really good.

very spacious room, spacious parking area, near the campus mosque, near the food court, there is a hot water kettle complete with tea, coffee, sugar, but the bathroom is an old model, because it is on the 7th floor the water flows smoothly but the volume is not too big, the toilet is a bit clogged, a lot of paint is peeling, the sink faucet is too short so it is difficult to use to wash hands or rinse when brushing teeth, towels are 2, 1 is a bit yellow, there is no mineral water in the room but there is a glass bottle to get drinking water from the dispenser outside the room, unfortunately the bottle is a bit dirty, but overall the facilities are still quite good for the price of around 200 thousand.

Comfortable, friendly and even though check in was at 2 am, thank God the staff were still serving.

The bathroom lock doesn't work, so it's dangerous if someone else opens it while taking a shower. Yesterday when we stayed overnight we tried to lock it and it worked but it turned out the lock was stuck and broken. We were asked for compensation but after negotiation there was a reduction in the fine from the hotel. Please check the bathroom lock and others next time

The room is as per the picture and description, spacious, but there is no water heater. But it is ok for staying with family.
