Guaranteed and good, complete even with a magicom.

The place is quite good, clean enough, a bit poorly maintained, no water heater, The downside is that parking is expensive

This place is absolutely excellent! The prices are very affordable, yet the facilities and the view are top-notch. The amenities provided are fantastic, and everything is well-maintained. Additionally, the refund process was incredibly easy and fast, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. Definitely super worth it!

The room is clean and access to the city center is close.

I like the location. Many facilities around such as malls and also close to busway stops. Many food stalls, and minimarkets. The atmosphere is lively and pleasant.

Very not recommended, the room has a small bed, the AC is not cold even at 16°, the bathroom has lots of animals like in the photo, small cockroaches and lots of sources from the bathroom to the room, I really regret renting this room

The AC needs to be serviced. The mattress springs are weak and need to be replaced. It's too narrow.

It's good, don't hesitate if you want to book here, the rooms are comfortable, the facilities are also good, the only minus is Netflix, you can't use it.

I've become a regular booking customer at Aparian. It's really TOP.

The unit is clean and fragrant, got towels and shampoo, the staff is friendly. I like this unit, the service is like in a hotel, unlike other units in GPS which are not very clean.

Friendly staff. The room is very comfortable, although there is no restaurant access through the hotel staff, but access to food and other needs is easier because you can get a room in the same building as the Mall. The mall is also very complete. The room is cool, comfortable and clean, there are only a few cockroaches. Provided pots, forks, spoons, plates, dish soap, soap & shampoo and towels. Safe place because entry and exit of the apartment are guarded by security guards and use access cards. Overall very satisfying and recommended.

Room facilities are as described, clean, comfortable. Access to dining places is also easy because it is integrated with the mall below. The staff is also fast response and very helpful. Suitable for those who want me time, the atmosphere is calm.

Overall, it's quite good. There are some shortcomings; The power supply is not large, so it can't turn on the laptop. There is no table and chair for working in the room.

friendly staff, clean rooms, have stayed here many times

My order was canceled by the manager on D-1 because the unit was going to be used by the owner. Although my money was refunded 100%, I still felt uncomfortable because I had to find a replacement. Finding accommodation that suits my needs on D-1 is quite troublesome.

I thought I got it in the tower next to the mall, but apparently I got it across from it. Even though in the picture it is in the tower mall. Parking attendants pay by the hour. Hilarious.

The rooms are clean and tidy. The kitchen equipment is also complete, the air conditioner is cold, the bathroom smells good and you can also get towels which really smell good. That's great, makes you feel at home. It's a shame I couldn't take a photo of the room but the sofa is so good.
