comfortable hotel to bring family

Because it was a long weekend, the hotel held a children's event, so the children were happy and it was hard to get them to go home.

Very impressive. The view is as expected. From the balcony you can see the mountain view. God willing, I will come back to stay there again.

The location is in the center of Sentul, the staff is friendly and the amenities are ok.

Door handle was not working properly. Shower hot water not stable. Construction of neighboring rooms was ongoing and smell of chemicals was widely spread in roomcorridor.

Nice hotel, quiet, good view, good breakfast, clean room, big enough room and has a balcony.

The restaurant is good, the lunch and dinner are delicious. But I don't order in the morning. The hotel is kids friendly. It's close to Kopi Tubing Sentul. And the location is strategic. Staying at Alana Hotel is fragrant. The sleeping atmosphere is really good.

The hotel staff is very friendly and quick to respond and provide solutions. Coincidentally, there were bed bugs in the room. I informed the receptionist and they immediately sent a team to spray the room. Please maintain this and improve if necessary. Thank you.

We stayed here during a long holiday. Check-in took a while due to the crowds, and availability was limited, even though it was around 1:00 PM. Of the four rooms we booked, only three were available. Yes, they set the CICO at 3:00 PM. The pool and surrounding area are small, so swimming wasn't comfortable during our last holiday. For a price like Alana's, the food quality and variety need to be improved. The environment is nice, but you have to walk about 2 km to see the rows of pine trees. The view we got wasn't the view we were hoping for.
