We stayed one night at Homm Saranam Baturiti and overall were quite satisfied with the experience of staying there. The location is quiet with a refreshing natural atmosphere. The room is comfortable and clean, but there is a slight disturbance of comfort due to the unpleasant odor coming from the drain in the bathroom. We are sure that the management will immediately make improvements to this. The breakfast is quite complete and delicious. The restaurant area is also nice to relax in the morning. However, the friendliness of the reception staff could be improved so that the first impression that guests get is warmer. Hopefully it will be better in the future.

Seneng banget dengan hotel dan pelayanan homm saranam, pada saat check in dapat free upgrade kamar. Kalo yang mau cari ketenangan rekomen banget hotel ini dan kalo mau cari makan juga banyak daerah sekitar. Hotel yang di managed by banyan tree group pasti ga mengecewakan deh.

Hotels was good, staffs were very nice, but there 's ants on my kids the bed, but staff respon very fast, but the pool need to install warm water because we can not swim its very cold.

Kamar bagus, view bgus banget, pelayanannya oke banget, staff semua ramah. Terutama pas breakfast waiter/waitressny tgl 14 Januari pagi humble banget jadi nyaman, next mau stay lagi sma family 🤍.

The resort are super comfortable, comfy swimming pool, batural touch been well maintained, good design, the food also delicious, but internet was poor, I cannot open my mobile banking. The security staff was not hospitality services, need more train. Overall we are enjoying stayed with Homm.

Unforgettable experience with family. This hotel is suitable for friends who want to spend time with family/loved ones, and relieve fatigue from the hustle and bustle of the city. What is displayed in the application is in accordance with what is in the field. Not disappointed.

Room is clean and big, the bed is comfortable. The only down side is the TV with limited channels. Breakfast is basic, there is flies problem with the baturiti area when we were there. The best part of the hotel is the view and air, nice green and mountain view, the air is super fresh and cool.

I stay at Homm with my mom for holiday. I know from website and others' review that the hotel is nice for that area. And it is as shown in the website. The room space is sufficient with balcony, but somehow the setting made us feel comfortable (especially for my mom-we stayed at other place after Homm and she said she liked Homm room better). The bathroom is efficiently design with no bathtub. I changed my date of staying there as I heard there will be office gathering here. So I have maximum breakfast experience as it is only few families. The mountain view from breakfast area is remarkable, the service is great (note: not much guess at that time) The breakfast menus variations are not much considering 5 star hotel. But the view, service and the fresh juice paid it off. The location is quite far from entertainment area, so either your purpose is to enjoy view, relax, and visit Bedugul/Beratan Lake, be prepared taking long trip to other places. Other tip for you: don't come here on rainy season. Many larons (flying bug that search for light). It is not hotel 's fault. It is natural, and the hotel staff always come fast to help us. The garden and pool also nice, but unfortunately the inclinator does not reach the ground level. So we need to take around 25 steps to go down through with no hand trail which quite difficult for my 73 years old mom. (At that time is rainy season, so my mom was worried to get slipped and one inclinator was broken so I took the side which stairs has no handle). Ah one more small but important thing: I don't know why they put jet spray for toilet on the left side. Quite uncomfortable. But the overall I would love to come back.

Very nice hotel. Great atmosphere. Delicious food. Unfortunately some of the female staff on the restaurant I found very-very unfriendly. Especially on our 2nd day when we took our breakfast. Too bad.

When viewed from the outside, this hotel may look small and quiet. But it turns out that this hotel is a hidden gem that you must try if you want to visit the Bedugul and Baturiti areas. The view of the hotel is good, the staff is friendly and very helpful, the breakfast is quite varied, the rooms are quite spacious (Deluxe type) with very satisfying amenities and the rooms are clean. So far I have had a very satisfying experience with Homm Saranam Baturiti. :).

Staff was really friendly and helpful. The spa its just amazing with nice view. The room was very comfortable. My family and I were really enjoy our weekend there. Semoga ada kesempatan lagi menginap di lain waktu❤️

My family and I spent weekend in this great hotel and we're absolutely enjoyed our time in here. The staffs are great, they're friendly and helpful. The food was amazing ❤️ the view are the best part in this hotel! Defined will come back again in the future ☺️
