The hotel room is comfortable. The downside is the food is less varied. Only a few choices.

The room is quite spacious, complete with a hairdryer, there is also a swimming pool. But for those who are allergic to dust, you have to be careful, I got a room that was still not very clean.

For a budget hotel it's really good, the rooms are clean, spacious and the staff are friendly.

This hotel does not have a valet so you will have to call the guest to move the car (very annoying and troublesome). The rooms in this hotel are also not soundproof, even just chatting in the next room can be heard, let alone if there is housekeeping cleaning. Can you imagine wanting to rest but being disturbed by trivial things like this🥲😅.

Stay was overall nice. Stayed for 3 nights. But there were some points: the receptionist on the first day I arrived was kind of unfriendly, sadly. I did not get the non smoking room as I requested, and the receptionist can't even promise me that I'll have a non smoking room by the next day. I get that it 's not mandatory for the hotel to fulfill our request, but at least be kind answering my inquiries. The only thing she said was to"try following up on the evening"luckily the receptionist on the evening was way more friendly, and she booked me a room to exchange to by the next day. I also went there the next day and waited around 3 minutes to finally have a receptionist to show up. I don't think that 's normal for a hotel to have an empty lobby, without even any security nor receptionist? But the location is nice, the room is nice. If you don't have any special needs and only need a place to sleep, I would definitely recommend going here.

The reception staff is friendly and thank you to Mrs. Rani for her help. The room is relatively clean and new and well maintained. Next time I go to Bali and there are many locations in the Jimbaran Nusa Dua area. Zuri is the first choice. Success and continued development for Zuri Hotel.

The location is strategic, you can find lots of food around the hotel, the prices are friendly, the rooms are clean, fragrant and comfortable. In line with expectations. I stayed 10 days here. Thank you to all the friendly and alert staff.

Room (1/5): We booked non smoking room and they also mention strict policy. It's amusing to find out the bathroom reek of smoke and also broken exhaust fan. We had to wait for 10 minutes to get a new room. Service (1/5): Lazy security not doing their job properly. My kid got sick on last day so I asked for additional check out time to get to hospital and they gave until 1 pm. We got back at 12 pm and the card already locked out, their reason was set by system bla3. So much for hospitality but little empathy. Location (3/5): Good surrounding with many places to eat along the street and supermarket just across the hotel. Verdict: I strongly not recommend this hotel even you go budget, especially if you are also with kids.
