Comfortable, Quiet Hotel for Resting and Close to Tourist Locations, Just Walking Distance to Penang Street and Surrounding Areas.

The location is located in the center of George Town, the location is close to everywhere, if you want to find halal food, there is Nasi Kandar, close to the Kapitan Keling Mosque, very close to Armenian Street, and just walk to Chew Jeti, if you want to take Rapid Penang, it's easy, pass and stop near the hotel, near 7 Eleven, and there is a supermarket, but don't be surprised if there are many foreigners around the hotel.

The location is close to everywhere. What is clear is that the room is comfortable and the staff is very friendly. I booked on Traveloka last minute but I was still able to stay for 1 night and the staff gave me a late check out. Highly recommended.

Friendly staff, close to culinary, strategic location.

First we were given a room with a leaking AC until the water pooled on the floor because we stayed for a while to go out to eat, but after we complained we were changed to another room. Cleanliness needs to be improved. Only toilet paper and towels are provided, not worth it for the price.

Room was OK for a temporary stay. Air con so many dust, please wash regularly like once a month. Got soap bar 2 towels 2 be prepare on your own needs. Please re check the cleanliness of the room, as I seen 1 small cockroache 🙏🏻.

I arrived quickly before check-in time and I was given a room. Close to everywhere, easy to find food at night. Always like this hotel.

Hotel is old. Dirty everywhere, no flush for the toilet.

The location is quite strategic with the crowds, the hotel is an old building, the rooms are spacious, it's a shame that when I asked for a mineral water refill it wasn't there. Given, cynical janitor.

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean even though they contain vintage items. Unfortunately when we entered there were traces of cigarette butts in the sink, but there was no trace of the smell of cigarettes, perhaps because previous guests smoked in the bathroom which had quite large ventilation. The only drawback is that the electrical sockets are limited, near the mattress they don't work, and they only provide the Malaysian plug type, so visitors have to bring their own universal plug.

The service was very satisfying because when we stayed the room AC was not cold, we immediately replaced it with a new room. Absolutely 👍🏻.
