Hotel staff was very friendly & helpful upon check in.

Very good from location, friendliness, cleanliness and activities in the hotel.

The toilet drain hole is not smooth so it has a rather unpleasant smell.

eating at a hotel restaurant is better at Amaris or Fave Hotels

The room air conditioner is old, noisy and not so cold. The rooms may need a little renovation to make them look nicer.

The room is okay but smells musty, the room lock has problems, the alarm sounds if it is not closed tightly, the corridor smells musty and there is a smell of cigarettes.

Strategic location close to the airport toll road, Central Park Mall, Podomoro City. For the breakfast menu, it's just ordinary, not many variants, the room comfort is lacking, the circulation is not good, the smell of cigarettes makes it difficult to breathe, plus the sound of house music from the Opai KTV club (it seems that the soundproofing installation is not good). Not suitable for a staycation with family, more suitable for resting, a makeshift swimming pool, cable channels. There is no choice of blurry TV like cable TV.
