Friendly staff, except for poor soundproofing, the rest is ok. Close to the center so easy to move around. Reasonable price.

Everything is ok, I will come back a second time. Near all amenities, all the staff are friendly. It was raining but Mr. Phat still helped me park and clean my bike. Thank you very much.

Stayed many times. This time was very disappointing. The staff took me to a room with a bathroom that didn't drain. I think the hotel definitely knew that the room had a bathroom that didn't drain, but still let the guest stay. I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights, mainly resting and working in the room. When I entered the toilet, it was all water and water. When I complained about leaving, the receptionist was talking and then went to answer the phone? Maybe she answered the phone after talking to the guest!!!!! Disappointing! In Da Lat, there are thousands of choices but .....

I stayed here for 2 nights, everything was very good, the staff were friendly, spoke softly, cheerfully and professionally, I was impressed with the receptionists and the luggage support guy named Phat, I chose the most basic room but it was still very spacious, clean, cozy space. From the hotel to the city center is very close, convenient to travel. In general, I felt very comfortable here, if I have the opportunity to go to Da Lat next time, I will still choose to stay here again.

I stayed here on February 3-4. The hotel is clean and beautiful. The location is on a main road, easy to find. Near the center, so it's convenient to travel. The room is spacious, especially at night it's warm and not cold. The staff is friendly and polite. When the car stops in front of the hotel, there is a staff member who helps carry luggage. The hotel rents motorbikes, which is very convenient.

Have stayed here many times, good room quality, however the hotel does not have parking so you have to move to park, which will be inconvenient if it rains

Parking is a bit difficult because it is next to the supermarket. There is no private parking for the hotel but it is shared with the supermarket. The supermarket security guard is not friendly to hotel guests.

At first, I only booked 4 nights, but when I checked in, I was so excited that I quickly booked 2 more nights. The hotel is beautiful, extremely clean, the interior of the rooms is mostly new and comfortable, the room is spacious, the bathroom is large and luxurious, and there are electrical outlets everywhere in the room, which is extremely convenient. The room also has a very long table, ideal for those who travel but still have to work like me, or women who need a place to do makeup. The receptionist is SUPER SUPER SUPER friendly and enthusiastic, you can help with anything you need, they are always welcoming. On the 1st floor, there is a super chill outdoor corner, I often go there to read books, play games, eat and drink. In general, I really like it, if you are going to DL, book to experience it Ps: right next door there is a delicious broken rice shop :)) my boyfriend ate there for 3 consecutive days

Great room, friendly staff

The hotel kept the guest's ID card despite state regulations. The receptionist had an attitude when asked. The room smelled bad.
