I was very satisfied with my staycation here. The rooms are kept clean, the air conditioning is cool, and the hot water is available 24/7. The lobby is spacious and comfortable, with a designated smoking area at the front. For those with children, the swimming pool is clean and well-maintained. I'll definitely be back.

My stay at the Grand Karlita was very satisfying. The rooms were large and luxurious, and the beds were also large. The breakfast selection was extensive—it was truly comprehensive. Parking was ample. Overall, the hotel was simply stunning.

Not suitable for a staycation at the hotel. The pool is small for children, while the adult pool is at least 1.7 meters deep, so children can't play there. The gym is paid. Ordering food from the restaurant at night is delicious and not too expensive.

Breakfast was good. It's quite cheap, paying around 400,000 rupiah for a room and breakfast for two people.

Nice room, spacious, wide windows make the room look grand, big king size kingkoil bed, like the ambience, but the bathroom is dirty, the floor is slippery, the shower is mossy, the floor grout is yellow... 4 years ago everything was still clean but now the bathroom is lacking maintenance

Check in was safe and smooth, even though I arrived at 12 midnight because the vehicle broke down, even though I had booked a non-smoking room, and got a non-smoking room, but at night I still smelled cigarette smoke, maybe from the guest in the next room who had just checked in (my room was 519), the service was okay, there was a lot of variety at breakfast, but the food refill process was a bit slow. Overall the service is okay, just still needs to be improved

A fairly comfortable hotel alternative to the Aston Purwokerto. The rooms are comfortable, the building is relatively new, the location is easily accessible, and the parking lot is spacious. The lobby is quite comfortable. The food is quite varied and tasty. However, the cleanliness of the hallways is a bit lacking. The carpet is dirty, which should be cleaned since it's a new hotel. The air conditioning in the hallways is also not very cool, tending to be stuffy.
