Before checking in, we were told that there was a stove facility. When we got there, there was a stove but there was no gas. I brought ingredients to cook and it failed. I was very disappointed.

Disappointing. Dirty room, smelly sink, lots of cigarette butts, wet bathroom mop until my child slipped, no AC remote, wild plants growing on the balcony

curious with many negative reviews, finally dared to try the experience here, precisely behind the Bogor Valey hotel building, can cross the tracks a little from the place where public transportation 08 and 09 are parked. The first time I entered and turned on the switch, I felt scared (because I checked in at night) because this is not a hotel but an apartment, after being occupied it became normal, even comfortable. The units definitely vary depending on what I get, but in my opinion this unit located on the 11th floor is very good and I don't regret it. I suggest just giving a sign because I didn't know it was behind the Bogor Valey hotel

Actually this is my second time to this apartment, but when I arrived, the room I got did not match the picture, even though I previously came here with the same link and the same payment but got a room that matched the picture. Finally we moved rooms but were asked to add 100 thousand.

Dirty room, no TV remote and AC remote, check out at 11 and only informed on the day even though when checking in it was informed check out was at 12, no access card was given so it was difficult to go anywhere, uncomfortable mattress and no blanket, cracked floor.

Traffic-free location, friendly staff, the building looks a bit old and dull, one of the uncomfortable things is that tenants are not given access cards. So if you want to enter the lobby door, you have to ask the security for help, here you don't get drinking water, coffee, tea, sugar, soap, toothpaste, towels. The cutlery looks less clean, there are 3 rooms, AC is only in 2 rooms, the unit is on the 20th floor at the top, there is no TV remote, only local TV broadcasts. Car parking from 18.00 to 06.30 costs 25,000, experienced 2 times the electricity went down/dropped

It's really bad, the room is dirty, the air conditioner is hot and there are no towels, soap, and drinks provided. Basically, you get a room that is not fit for habitation.

Actually I was forced to stay here because my child was afraid of heights, he had to take the elevator. Even though it's a multi-storey building, it's not watertight. The busy atmosphere outside still entered the room very clearly. What's worse is that early in the morning there was a Bogor motorbike gang carrying sharp weapons under the front of the hotel, it sounded really noisy and scary. The mattress is crumbling, the room is dirty, the TV should be on but no antenna or TV subscription is installed. There is no AC remote. Match the cheap price. Please improve it again.

The staff who opened the room were really friendly, but the facilities were not adequate, there were no tissues, the TV couldn't be used, the bathroom lights were also off, there was only 1 towel, in the future it will be improved more, OK?

So far Good dapet ruangan di Lt20, apartment sepi untuk akses keluar masuk apartment pintu menuju lift tidak diberi akses kartu jadi harus minta tolong security buat buka, untuk AC dingin, air kamar mandi bersih cuma kurang kenceng keluar airnya

Not enough, there are no towels. There is no toothbrush. Not bad for transit.

The room is dirty, smelly, the bed is unspeakable. What else is there to do with the swimming pool? It's dirty, it's a mess, boss. Just won't stay here again.

Yesterday I stayed here and this is what I can review. 1. It says 2 queen beds, it turns out there is only 1 queen and the other room is a single, so it's only for 3 people in 2 rooms. (In the application it says 2 rooms for 4 people). 2. The AC was leaking, water was everywhere until it flooded, it was reported but still no treatment was taken, so we slept for 2 nights on a wet floor. 3. The room is dirty and dusty, the sheets are dirty, there are no blankets. 4. The AC is not cold, the hot water is limited (after a while it will become cold) 5. The check-in process is complicated. 6. There is a stove but no pots or the like so you can't make tea/coffee. Conclusion: not habitable. Kindness, the staff is quite friendly although not much help.

- Lantai lengket.- Saat buka pintu bau apek ruangan.- Tirai bolong.- Parahnya banget itu AC gak dingin sampai harus buka jendela semalaman biar ada angin dari luar, dan pas banget sedikit hujan jadi adem, tapi dari masuk jam 7 malam sampai jam 2 malam itu panas banget AC ga fungsi.- Handuk tidak layak.- Sepertinya banyak debu karena saat tidur badan gatal-gatal.

Kecewa banget, masa sewa kamar tapi tv ga ada signal. Ini kan masuk fasilitas. Kalau tv ga nyala gimana orang mau betah nginep di sini. Pelayanan jelek banget di complain WA malah ga di respon. Kecewa ga mau lagi dateng dan sewa unit di sini.

Check in by wa. Not polite. Hallway dark, spooky. Dirty rooms, sticky mattresses, rotten pillows, towels like kitchen rags. The air conditioner is noisy, so I can't sleep. It's really bad.
