Happy to be able to check in early, accommodating our arrival from an overnight trip on the ship. Thank you Vega, not many hotels are willing to accept early arrivals. - We didn't know that the room we booked had no windows, so there should have been a statement when booking on the app. But we were upgraded, thank you Vega twice. - We booked Vega because it had a swimming pool, after our first choice hotel, the swimming pool was being repaired. With two pools, one for children and one for adults. We were happy with the adult pool because it was not disturbed by the children's swimming. - Thank you also for accommodating breakfast for those who are fasting. We felt cared for. - Our cellphone died when it got wet, we asked for rice to dry it. We were given some by Vega. Thank you, dear Vega; - We had the chance to enjoy the restaurant, the menu was varied and quite good. Unfortunately the singer's voice was too loud so it was uncomfortable to have a conversation; - There is another expectation from Vega, namely the bathroom. The color is black in: the gaps between the wall tiles, around the water spout, around the sink. This indicates mold. Please scrub the bathroom thoroughly, not just around the toilet. - The smell of the carpet in front of the room, as if it had been exposed to rain - is noticeable.

The hotel is clean, comfortable, the rooms are clean, spacious, if I may suggest it could be made more soundproof. the breakfast has many variations, delicious

During my stay at Vega Hotel, the kids were very happy, especially with the swimming pool. They were very satisfied that the floor was not slippery so it was safe for the kids to walk on the swimming pool. Basically, the kids' pleasure in staying at this hotel was the swimming pool and the breakfast which was very suitable for their taste.

In terms of service and facilities, I really like the food at the Vega Hotel, especially at breakfast, the food menu is really complete, making me want to stay at the Vega Hotel again.

Friendly hotel staff, and clean, comfortable, soundproof rooms. So that children play without disturbing other rooms. Places near the airport, given a choice of rooms according to family budget.

A comfortable family staycation place. If possible, replace the TV with a smart TV so you can watch Netflix.

I stayed for a few nights during the end of 2024 yesterday. There are not many choices of hotels for the end of the year in Sorong with standard prices and quality. Actually, Vega is not too close to the main road but the environment is quiet and calm is a plus point. This hotel is family friendly. During my stay, many families also stayed here. The best entertainment for children seems to be the swimming pool which has 2 types, shallow and deep. The staff at the front desk are friendly and agile. They immediately processed my order. There are only shortcomings that can be increased again so that the standard is the same as hotels in Java and several other tourist areas in Indonesia considering that Sorong is no longer a new player with tourist transit to Raja Ampat. I returned to the room several times after going out all day and the room was not cleaned, the bed was still in the same condition as when it was left, aka messy, the towels were not replaced with new ones, even one night the towels were empty, the bathroom mat still felt wet because it was not replaced either. The only thing that was replaced was drinking water and taking out the trash from the bin. even though my complaint was served but the officer who came was very slow until I had to call the receptionist twice. when I met the CS officer who delivered the towel, he said that I didn't hang the tag "clean my room" which I replied isn't the SOP for every hotel, cleaned every day at a certain time without the need to hang the tag on the door? wherever I stay in a hotel abroad and in the country, the hotel SOP is the same, right? unless I stay at an airbnb or villa where the procedure is slightly different. it's a shame even though I didn't stay for 1 or 2 days. besides that the food in the restaurant also runs out very quickly and is not immediately refilled even though it's not yet 10 o'clock/closed order. please increase the SOP for cleaning service and restaurant officers again. considering that hotel competition is high, don't lose because of basic things like this.

The hotel is close to the airport, the service is satisfactory, the staff is friendly and very helpful, the rooms are very clean, you can check in early, there is also a salon with excellent service 👍 Will be a choice every time I go to Sorong.👍

The receptionist was friendly, but when I asked for a non-smoking room, I was given a room that smelled of cigarettes…

Everything is good. Especially the food. In my personal opinion. The food at the Vega Sorong Hotel is the tastiest hotel food of all the hotels in Sorong. If I may give a suggestion, for the TV in the room, change it to an Android TV. So that the channels are clear.
