The hotel is very family friendly. When I stayed yesterday, I was on the ground floor, so it was easy, I didn't have to go up and down. The staff were nice and friendly. The room was very spacious. The mattress was very soft, obviously using a king coil, hehe. The bathroom was clean and spacious. The hot shower didn't have to wait long. The swimming pool was clean. If I go to Malang again, I definitely want to stay here again ❤️

Wifi can't connect stably, so YouTube TV isn't always on. The room phone is also off, I can't complain to FO. The bathroom also doesn't have hot water 😌. Got a connecting room but the middle door wasn't locked.

Have stayed here several times, starting from the price of 300s including breakfast. Last time there was a miscommunication regarding room facilities, the hotel professionally offered to upgrade the room with exctv. Highly recommend for those who want to stop by in Batu because of easy access near Indomart and complete facilities there is a pool and playground. Oh yes for the Ramadan moment, the breakfast menu can be requested as sahur like the photo above Thanks 38hotel keep maintaining quality ❤️❤️
