This is the second time my family has stayed here and it's still great.

Super delicious breakfast. Better than any 5-star hotel I've tried. I like the rice vermicelli here.

Plus points: Bellman and housekeeping staff are extremely cute, friendly and enthusiastic. Very impressed with the bellman for his attentive support. The reception area is not friendly, but still handles the job well.

Best hotel ever i stay on my vietnam holiday the staff is so friendly , We even got early check in after my ride from dalat The food is top notch and the location and view is good usually big hotel have less space on room but our room and overall is so big Recommend hotel when you come to Nha trang

I see many bad reviews but I stayed here for 2 days and 2 nights and it was very okay. Everything was very good and the staff was extremely nice. I was supported in everything. And my husband also received a surprise birthday cake. A very worthy experience.

Central location, close to the beach, convenient to travel. Room service is good, staff is friendly. But the room is a bit old, the strong smell of the room spray is unpleasant.

The hotel is centrally located, clean, friendly staff but the rooms are not soundproof and quite noisy, the breakfast is simple, the dishes are the same every day, boring, the taste is also bland and not to your liking, the young man at the fried egg counter has a very bad attitude towards customers, standing inside the kitchen talking, I asked him to fry eggs for me, he looked at me and continued talking, ignoring the customers, later there were no forks so I asked him to ask for a fork, he also looked and didn't care, I went to talk to him but he used his hand to stop me and then he shouted into the kitchen to ask someone else to get a fork, quite a bad attitude.

Central location, friendly staff, however the room door has a gap underneath, not sealed so not soundproof, can hear very loud noises outside, breakfast buffet for 4 days is exactly the same without any change, very boring.

I had an unsatisfactory experience staying at the hotel: - I arrived at the hotel at 9am to check in and waited from 12pm. However, it was not until 1:40pm that I had to proactively ask for the staff to assist with check-in procedures, while many guests who arrived later were still able to check in first. I also left my phone number to contact when a room became available, but I was never called. + The room did not change new bed sheets during the days of my stay. + Breakfast had few dishes, limited choices. + Convenient location for travel, beautiful room with beautiful view. I hope the hotel will review the check-in process, staff support, as well as room quality and breakfast service to improve the customer experience. Thank you!
