Not really recommended, just come here once, search online in a hurry & don't have time to see the review. The location is far from the city, with the hotel map I was shocked, my children & family also immediately complained, the first impression was dirty, the hotel was built into one with a dirty & smelly market. Then using a car to go to the hotel is complicated, you have to go around to the top of the old building parking lot, dirty goods with motorbikes too. Requested non-smoking, given a smoking room that smelled of cigarettes, finally asked to move. The pillowcases and sheets were also shabby, never stay here again. Really regret it

Entered the room and the air was not good. The circulation felt dry, idk why. Hotel rooms tend to retain humidity. This one felt different. Then less than 30 minutes after I entered the room there was a puddle of water in the middle of the mattress (I reserved a twin bed). Called the receptionist and had the floor cleaned. That night after I returned from an agenda outside, there was a cockroach on the pillow. Because I was too tired that night, I just let it be. The layout of the hotel was also not very pleasing to me because the lobby was on the top floor and most of the rooms were on the lower floors. The nice part was that my room was called early in the morning because there was an offer of breakfast or room service (I booked a room without breakfast).

the room is not according to the picture, the deluxe in the picture has a window facing the outside. in fact, you get a window facing the wall. not worth it, I intended to pay more for a deluxe room for the window. eh, I got nothing". like a smart room

The staff is friendly. Especially the Front Office. The room is okay. The bed when I took it was indeed big. Clean for the bed and linen. Unfortunately the toilet needs to be re-maintained in terms of the toilet urinal flash and the spray is very dirty. Thank you.

The hotel is beautiful, nice and very comfortable for the room. But the problem is that the place is in a mall and this mall is very dirty 🥴🥴 the access is very poor, you have to park in the mall until the top floor. I'm from Surabaya, I don't know, this mall is located close to Blok M 🫣 if I go there again I think twice 🙏😳 the hotel is 100% beautiful Access is not at all in my opinion.
