The best location! Right in the middle of braga street. A lot of restaurants outside the hotel and busy with people which good. Super comfy bed. The only things I dislike is the bathroom is quite small and the breakfast option is limited. Overall, I will return to this hotel should I come back to bandung.

1. I arrived at the hotel for check-in at dusk with a large suitcase, but no hotel staff helped me open the door, let alone help me get in, even though it was quiet. 2. I personally felt that some of the hotel staff didn't smile, greet me, or even say hello. 3. Because it was raining, I borrowed an umbrella. Upon returning to the hotel, the staff, instead of taking the umbrella I offered, told me to return it to its original location. 4. The TV had a lot of channels loading, constantly swiping around trying to find a signal. It was a bit distracting. 5. It felt like a self-service hotel.

Good staycation experience overall. The hotel’s location is excellent — very close to the main attractions around Braga Street and Alun-Alun Bandung, all easily accessible within walking distance. One small suggestion for improvement: it would be great if the hotel could provide an iron in the room, as it would be very helpful for travelers like me who need to prepare clothes quickly. Other than that, everything was superb — clean room, friendly staff, and comfortable stay. Definitely worth recommending!

The check-in process was very fast, the hotel area was fragrant and cool, the breakfast was varied, the swimming pool was clean, and there were many cafes and shops around the hotel. The location is also very strategic in the center of Bandung.
