This is first time and we already in love with this hotel. Nice staff, clean room and great food.

Always clean even though some of the bathrooms tend to flood because the floor is not right. Other than that, everything is okay.

Rate 9/10 : 1. Clean Room and Good Service 2. The Refrigerator in the Room is Not Cold Enough Even Though It's ON and Max (There's Liquid Ice Cream from Previous Guests / Welcome Ice from the Hotel I Don't Understand) But It's Okay. 3. I Stayed There for 2 Nights, After the Room was Cleaned, No Toilet Tissue Was Added. It's Okay (I Was Too Lazy to Ask for It.. So I Just Used the Tissue in the Room). My Husband and I Will Definitely Stay There Again🤗

When we stayed at the same time as a band event right behind the hotel, can you imagine how noisy it would be to rest? The fried rice for breakfast was hard, but okay, when we complained, the staff immediately replaced it quickly. The women's bathroom in front of Swiss Kitchen, smelled of pee as if it hadn't been flushed, very uncomfortable. Paid car parking is 30,000, right? On the positive side, the staff are friendly & the location is very strategic for travelers.
