The room is good, very clean, convenient to travel, easy to find food.

The staff are blurry and rude, especially the female staff.

Booked a large room type. When checking in, the hotel informed me that the app sold more rooms than the available number, so they gave me a small room type... The hotel compensated by giving me a food coupon... I'm so upset when I encounter this. 😠

I am quite satisfied with the professionalism and convenience when arriving at the hotel.

Best location, walk down the MRT, very convenient, near the shopping center. Stay here all the time in Bangkok.

The room is clean and big. Easy to travel.

Friendly staff, very cute. Quick procedures. Near Don Meung, but I arrived at Sur and when go back to Siam by grab, while the trafficjam in Thai is take a hour😫 Opposite MRT station and Union mall. Chatukchak by MRT is okay. And Impact Arena for concert is okay. Anyway, the hotel is perfect 100% ka~ This is my second time.

This time, I didn't get the room that I requested, which was in the front zone of the hotel. And this time, the room was not soundproof at all. The only noises that disturbed my sleep were the sound of people walking outside the room, the sound of the bathroom in the next room, and the sound of the maid cleaning the other room. Other than that, everything was fine.

It was OK … nothing special … room smelled a bit damp and didn't like no opening window … but was just one night so did the job.

The first night I felt like there were dust mites. Itchy when sleeping I couldn't sleep well. The 2nd night, I had to change the sheets but felt uncomfortable because I slept with my head under a very large beam.

View tầng 12, khách sạn xịn, đu idol ở Union Mall là xuất sắc. Đầy đủ tiện nghi, cọc 1000baht, đồ uống trong phòng rẻ, chưa có cơ hội thử đồ ăn vì 10h sáng mới pvu phòng, free nước suối. Có 7-11 trước cửa và quán cf xịn xò của ksan. Có gấu dễ thương ở sảnh chờ. Tiền cao xứng đáng lắm nha!! 100 điểm. Không lạnh sống lưng, không có "something u know".
