We had a family room with two bedrooms. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. A short stroll to Kata beach. All staff are very friendly and helpful. Great stay! Highly recommend!

I booked in a room with a bathtub. Once in the room The room has not been cleaned yet. So had to move to another room (The room that has not been cleaned as booked is a basin and a divider between the bedroom and the living room) and then go down to change rooms. The school said that it will upgrade the room. We were OK but when we arrived at the room as in the picture, the lake room and there was no sink, which was called an upgrade. And the school confirms that the upgrade is confusing Don't know what to say In the morning, the noise from the construction. Not recommended at all The hotel has no responsibility from what happened. Terrible. Hundreds of sleeps have never been shared. This hotel is very nice and clean. The room is spacious also very clean. The location is close to the beach and easy to find food, suitable for family vacations. However, children above 4th get a charge of 500 bath per 1 day if they sleep in 1 room with their parents. If you bring 2 children more than 4 years old, it is better to order 2 rooms. The service of the staff is very nice and very friendly. When the check-in we were visited by staff in the lobby while being given a welcome drink. Breakfast is lacking and the variations are minimal.

Everything is almost good. There are Night Market nearby and Family Mart and entertainment places. But next to the hotel there is a very loud construction Until unable to sleep There is a construction noise from about 8 am until the evening เย็น So I have to inform the staff to change the room.
