Great Place with wooden room facilities, need some extra attention to find entrance point

Comfortable hotel and spacious room. Input for garden and yard should be considered again.

Worst bungalow ever. We departed one night early because the place was so dirty. Mold on the bed sheet is just one example. We asked for a refund of the last night, which was sadly declined. Never again. The area around the hotel was not worth a visit.

The atmosphere is like an abandoned place. There is no generator. There is no room telephone. There is no restaurant or room service. The refrigerator does not turn on. Even though the rooms are good, the traditional house model has been given more life. It's quite scary to be alone in a room and security seems lacking. The swimming pool doesn't seem to be maintained. The staff seems really lacking. The management is trying to improve again because it's a shame the place is good. When it's upgraded I want to come here again.

The hotel is average. Smelly bathroom, air conditioner need to fix (for my room). Thank God I only stayed for one night. Somehow, they have friendly staff who helped to keep my husband 's sunglasses that he left.

This accommodation is great, the facilities are very complete, the minuses are: there is no breakfast, there are no TV channels, it's a smart TV but it can't mirror to a cellphone, but everything is covered with good facilities, the AC is cold, the room is nice, the bathroom is okay, the pool There is also swimming.

Cleanliness is lacking. Dust everywhere and lizard droppings. Then mosquitoes. Even though it's funny, the house on stilts is like that.

The atmosphere is quiet and good for a holiday. There's just not enough light near the room.

Stayed twice, basically the best. That's all. For food, you can look for lots of stalls near the villa.

Literally Room Only. No restaurant so we can't order food. Fortunately not too hard to find food stalls or cafe near hotel or you can use GoFood/GrabFood. Room is OK, but we can't get extra bed for deluxe double room. Price is cheap though.

The hotel is in a residential complex with the nuances of a typical wooden Lombok traditional house. Amenities are available and changed daily. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The lights are yellow, so the room is too dim with the brown wood walls. The hotel is close to the center of souvenirs and pearls which can be reached on foot. There is no restaurant at the hotel, but around the hotel there are those selling breakfast and dinner. Laundry can use outside laundry. Hotel staff are friendly and very helpful.

Cool beautiful place. Cool. Typical of Lombok again. It's great anyway. Thanks for the friendly staff (Irfan) who always greets.
