Friendly staff, clean environment, delicious food.

This staycation in Jakarta was really comfortable! With a price of around 800 thousand, the room was clean, the furniture was well-maintained, and the service was friendly & fast. The location is also super strategic, only 5-10 minutes from JIExpo. The bonus? It includes a varied breakfast that tastes really good. Totally worth it!

Great value for money stay in the center of Jakarta. Location was fantastic, easy access to the hotel and near the exhibition venue. Room was spacious with a big window area. Place was clean, staff were friendly, especially Ms. Ode and Mr. Mata. Nice hotel ambience.

Checked in during Eid, the staff worked well. The hotel was clean, the breakfast was quite good and there were many choices.

Everything were great! We came to watch concert at JIS so choose to stay at Kemayoran area. The rooms were okay, but the foods were superb! We got some jamu too ☺️

The hotel location is close to big event venues (such as PRJ), Mangga Dua is also quite close .. comfortable for resting with family. Breakfast is varied, maybe it can be improved again for the boiled noodle menu, for fried noodles at 08.50 it was finished (no refill), for the salad menu it is better to refill immediately if it runs out .. overall it is good

The room was really nice! The staff very helpful when there's no non smoking room available when I checked in and they very considered about my daughter. Will definetely come back! Oh and the food also very delicious

Thank you for the free upgrade. Although the bed became a twin bed, our room was spacious, clean, had a spacious city view because of the large window, complete with a refrigerator and hair dryer. We really liked the breakfast. The menu was varied, there were Western, Asian and local Indonesian, there were even traditional boiled tubers and green bean porridge and black sticky rice porridge. The location is quite close to Ancol and JIS, that's why we chose to stay here because we were going to watch a concert at Ancol. The receptionist service was also quite fast on weekends and with many guests.

first time staying here during a concert in Ancol. the hotel is near rajawali station, accessible on foot. the cheapest room is clean and quite spacious, fragrant and the AC is very cold. breakfast variations are quite a lot, for the standard hotel taste is quite okay. overall first impression is good. next time if there is a concert will stay here again.

We happened to arrive at 2am and the staff was very helpful, check in was easy. No need to ask about the food, there are many types, it tastes good, and the fun thing is there is Indomie😍

My room was upgraded to executive because the request for a non-smoking room was full, overall the room was ok, comfortable and cool. The breakfast menu has many variations. The location is close to JIS so if you want to watch concerts, it's good to stay here. Near the train tracks but not noisy, the train is under repair and it doesn't disturb the room even though I'm on the 11th floor, the repairs on the 15th floor may be good soundproofing

We stayed in the executive room. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable. Suitable for staycation or business. The service was good and the staff were friendly and cute, especially Mba Tika. It would be better if more facilities were added for children, especially during long weekends to make it more family friendly.

I had a great 2-day, 1-night stay at this hotel while attending a concert nearby. The room was surprisingly spacious, and the AC was cold, which was a relief after a long day out. It had a pleasant fragrance as well, which added to the comfort. The amenities were top-notch—there was a hair dryer and a mini fridge, which I found really convenient. The staff made the experience even better. They were all super friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed. I had breakfast around 9 AM, and while it was a bit crowded, the hotel staff made sure to replenish any dishes that ran out quickly. The food was delicious, so it was definitely worth the wait. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service.

Really close to ancol! The room was clean and comfy, spacious and it has a refridgerator to freeze my icegel (another hotel doesn't have it). It has spa and warm pool, maybe I'll try it next time. But minus point of my stay, I was request mirror handwriting for my 2nd wedding anniversary but it was written for Mr. Algrani for stay (who's he?)

really satisfying staying at this hotel. the receptionist is very kind, the frontdesk team (Lulu, Ichsan and Della) are also very helpful. we were really encouraged to check in early and even got a room upgrade💖 really a very pleasant experience. we are very happy and satisfied at this hotel. highly recommended. the room is also very comfortable, luxurious and very clean. the breakfast is also delicious and varied💖
