Before check out time at 12 o'clock I came back to the hotel around 10 o'clock. But I was informed that my room had been filled with other guests. When I confirmed and explained that I had previously informed the receptionist that I only had the room key. (Not to check out). But the OB was even insistent and even said that the rules there 5 hours not returning is considered check out. The OB even said rudely and kicked me out. Very no manners and manners.

The bathroom is dirty and smelly. The bed + mattress also smells. Please fix again.

Ac nya ga dingin, masih ademan kipas anginlah ya. Terus yang bikin takut, pagi-pagi sekitar jam 6.45an staffnya masuk ke kamar tanpa izin padahal kita belum check out. Padahal aku cuma anter temen aku pulang ke depan penginapan dan ga sampe 10 menitan, pas balik kamar kaget dong, pintu kamar udah ke buka dan yang aku lihat staffnya lagi buka lemari. Alasannya mau lihat air yang katanya mati & cek kelistrikan, padahal airnya ga mati sama sekali karena habis dipake buat cuci muka pagi-pagi.

The location is less accurate than Google maps because it is located behind the shop and there is no sign on the side of the causeway (please ask with people around). WC is outside the room so it is rather uncomfortable.
