So great and wonderful experience stay in Ayana hotel, the staff, breakfast, the hotel area, the room, everything was great also the services awesome 😍😍, they all the time So friendly and helpful , the management also great, we have very good and wonderful moment during stay there, even raining session still satisfying and during stay there we just stay in the hotel and doing the activities outdoor from hotel , Snorkling, one day tour, dinner sunset in boat event have big wave is still fun and funny for us, funny experience in sunset dinner also tip see manta, the staff always welcome and happy smile🥰🙏 thank you ayana, will coming back hope soon and we already recommend to our friends 👍😇😍

Check in and out was seamless. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet is delicious. Staff are ever so friendly and helpful. They gave cold aromatherapy face towel upon arrival and that was so pleasant. Welcome drink was delicious too. Ayana is really nice for a healing trip. Highly recommended.

Very satisfying. The staff are very friendly, the room is clean, the view from the balcony is also extraordinarily beautiful. The food has many variations. Many outdoor activity areas are provided by the hotel. Staycation is fun.

The hotel is nice. The staff are friendly. The shower was a bit problematic in the room I stayed in, a technician was called and it still wasn't fixed.

The hotel has an amazing view, rooms are very well appointed, food is good but pricey, service is the let down, too slow and poor spoken English by most of the staff, I'll come back.
