The worst and most fatal thing was the access card. Throughout my stay, I never argued about adding an access card at the beginning of each check-in, but here it made me angry. I stayed with three people with a 3-year-old child. How could I have to wait in the room with the lights and AC off because there was only one access card and my friend took it down to get food? With a small child sleeping in the room. The food was very ordinary, not kid-friendly, it is not recommended for bringing small children. And I even found hair in the food. I asked for a laundry bag, it took a long time. I even had to ask for it twice. This was a very bad experience and I will not return and will not recommend this hotel.
