very clean and fragrant friendly staff

Clean and tidy rooms, beautiful environment and no vehicle noise

The place is nice, just the bed is not very spacious

The service is pretty good. And it's pretty clean.

Upon arrival, I was told that the water heater was broken in the room. I reserved and had to pay an extra 96,000 to upgrade to a room with hot water, Which was sort of warm in real life. The bathroom smell very very bad and was not that clean. Not great, but I can live with that to a degree. After the shower, I realized that there were no full sheets on the bed. Only a small blankets not big enough to cover my whole body, I would have some limbs sticking out all night. I very politely asked if there was anything else, but was told that that was the only option. I've been in Indonesia for two months sleeping in hotels of similar class every night and never seen a bed without proper blanket, until here. Last time I've seen blankets this size in the hotel was in remote villages of India, and that only happened twice over a six months period … not impressed here. I decided I wanted a good night sleep and decided to just leave the room and go somewhere else. I didn't ask for a refund or made a scene about it, but didn't apologize or seemed sorry in any way which made me wondered if they cared at all that a guest would feel the need to leave …. Anyhow, I found another hotel a couple hundred metres away that had much better rooms and fully functional facilities for much cheaper. He also had normal blanket as One would expect in a hotel room. That 's unfortunate, I think this place has potential ….

Gulingnya berjamur, sprei berdebu ga sempet foto udah cek out lagi semoga kebersihan ya di tambah lagi sayang hotelnya bagus sebenernya cuma keberaihannya.

Tempatnya asyik si buat staycation, sayang wifi nya ga bisa di pakai waktu udah di dalam kamar, pas sarapan juga staff hotelnya tidak info apa condiment yang disiapkan itu untuk tamu hotel semua atau hanya untuk VIP saja.

Nice, AC dingin, kamar ukuran agak kecil, sarapan roti, kurang view aja.

Sultan guest house is very homy. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted with an old house building in the style of Pakdhe or Budhe's house who lived in a village, not a typical inn building. The rooms are clean and tidy, the internet is pretty fast, hot water is available, AC works. Food can be ordered at the restaurant, affordable prices, taste pretty good. Sockets that need to be adapted because they are too high. With that price, this inn is recommended, especially for families.

Teman saya sudah membayar pop mie di malam hari ketika saya check in di tanggal 14 Mei kemaren, di shift jam 3 pagi tgl 15 mei nya bayar pakai cash dan tidak di input di system oleh karyawan nya. Waktu saya check out saya ditagih kembali dan saya bayarkan kembali jadi, tolong di perhatikan kembali itu untuk potensi-potensi karyawan yang curang seperti itu nanti malah membuat reputasi hotel nya jadi jelek. So far untuk fasilitas cukup memadai dan nyaman, sesuai dengan harga yang dibayarkan. Thank you.

The concept is unique like a uti house, comfortable for families.

The place is clean, the receptionist is friendly, there is a restaurant too.

The service is good, clean, close to many delicious food menus, relatively smooth wifi. Suggestion: the towels can be replaced with softer ones.

I really enjoy staying here. The service is very friendly and the price is very affordable 👍.
