Very good experience with direct access to the sea

I was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel. Although relatively quiet, the Louis Kienne Lombok Hotel offers excellent facilities. These include luxurious rooms with ocean views, spacious bathrooms with bathtubs and showers, and fast Wi-Fi. The hotel has ample parking on site, a clean infinity pool, and beach access just a few steps away. The hotel staff was very friendly and even allowed me to check in early. This hotel is perfect for a family vacation seeking tranquility. Sleeping to the sound of crashing waves is an experience hard to find elsewhere. The only downsides are the distance to the center of town, and the unfinished hotel building makes the atmosphere a bit creepy. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay here.

The room was dirty and poorly maintained. I requested honeymoon decorations but was charged 150,000 Rupiah upon check-out without prior notification. Highly not recommended.

This hotel is far from the crowds, but it's very nice and comfortable for families. The ocean view from the room is also very beautiful. Breakfast options were limited, perhaps because it wasn't busy, so only a few items were available. Overall, it was good and the price was very affordable. I highly recommend staying here again 😄

Very spacious pool 5. Nicely designed rooms complete with bathtubs Cons of this hotel: 1. Few visitors, possibly due to lack of promotion 2. The entire building is full, and the building next to our room seems unfinished, giving it a haunted feel 3. The pool is large but poorly maintained, dirty with lots of unkept leaves. 4. The breakfast menu is not very varied, possibly due to the very low number of visitors If this location and view were anywhere else, like Bali or elsewhere, this hotel's rates should be doubled; it seems like management is under-promoting it.

Located near Malimbu Hill, this is a perfect location if you're looking for a quiet, secluded spot. It's difficult to find food because it's far from everything, but the hotel offers a selection of food at very affordable prices. The rooms are clean, dust-free, and fully equipped (separate bathtub and shower areas), with standard amenities, plenty of trash cans, and adequate lighting. Ample parking. The swimming pool is large and clean, directly overlooking the beach. In the afternoon, the view is beautiful! Choose a room facing the beach; it's especially beautiful in the morning and evening. The only downside is there's a hole in the ceiling above my bed. When I asked for a room change, several other rooms offered also had drawbacks (flickering lights, a ceiling that was about to come off, etc.). In the end, I decided not to move. 😂

The location is superb. Please choose the sea view than you will enjoy the sea from your balcony. About the food, just dont expect too much .. the breakfast needs to be improved with the variety.

The service was good, but the sheets and towels were stained. The bed was only made, not made, the toilet paper and soap were not replaced, and the towels were only folded, not changed. We had to ask the staff to change them because they weren't changed. The cleaning was minimal. There was dirt under the bed from years ago, and the glasses in the room were also dirty.
