When checking out, it was raining heavily, there were umbrellas provided but no hotel staff to take us to the car, luckily there was a Grab driver who took us to shelter. Thank you Grab driver, stay healthy and may your fortune run smoothly

Sky garden on the 5th floor cannot be used after 10 pm by residents. No smoking room provided. Towels are not replaced and must be requested. There is no kettle for coffee. The room is not soundproof. The environment is beautiful and safe and guaranteed.

The staff is friendly, the room is also clean but unfortunately for 2 days staying there for the breakfast menu there are no other variants at all and the most regrettable is there is no hot water for bathing and the water that comes out of the shower is very small so it is difficult to bathe and others, if the pump or equipment is broken please fix it first before the hotel is reopened because water is very important for guests who will stay. The room is not too big but enough for resting, equipped with a refrigerator to store food. The staff is communicative and helpful but the downside is there is no water boiler.
