The room is nice, not too big but very comfortable to stay for a few days. Next time I have another trip I will come here again 😌

the room smells of camphor, very uncomfortable, can't sleep. asked to change to a room that doesn't smell but the receptionist said the room was full. check in at 02.50 (13/3) check out at 07.00 (13/3) because I couldn't stand the smell. cleanliness is lacking, there is a lot of dirt under the bed, even one of the children's shoes.

The hotel is clean but a bit small but it's okay if it's for 2 people.

It's not that bad, overall the waiters and others are good, there are no problems or obstacles, but please, there are no towels, there used to be 2 towels, please improve this, it's recommended!

Value for money, clean room, stayed here for 7 days, 600ml mineral water x 2/day, room will be cleaned every 2 days, spacious & clean bathroom, cool AC, TV is on, water heater available. All facilities are quite okay, the service is also good, maybe the size of the room for some people feels small. Overall good aanjayy 👍👍

Very uncomfortable and unpleasant especially if you bring family, the place is narrow, the AC is hot, dirty and the water is very little. It does not match the facilities offered by Traveloka.

The place is clean and comfortable, there are only a few inputs: 1. The water in the bathroom is too small, hopefully it can be enlarged. 2. There is no tissue provided in the room or in the toilet, then the snacks in the photo are not in the room, I thought there were the same ones as in the photo. 3. I slept in a twin room, the distance between the bed and the wall and the TV was too close, so it was difficult to pass, the room looked narrow.

Hehe, check out was late at night and it was a mess because of the long trip. The room floor was dirty and full of trash. The bed sheets had not been changed and had lots of stains. The hotel room curtains were broken and crooked. Many women were walking up and down the stairs full of motorcycle helmets. For that price in Palembang, it should have been clean at least. It was very dirty from the front entrance to the hotel to the room. The water in the toilet, the shower handle was broken and smelled of urine.

The environment is safe and comfortable. The staff is very helpful.
