- Bad service, contacted the hotel in advance to ask about late check in, check out and the hotel said there was no extra charge but on the morning of check out, it was reported that I had to check out at 12pm, later than that, I had to pay extra even though I showed the message to the hotel staff and the hotel owner denied responsibility, saying that this staff had quit. As a result, I had to pay in advance for 1 room (rented 2 rooms) and pay an additional late check out fee. The room was not as described. When renting, there was a note requesting 2 rooms close together but when I received a room on the 3rd floor, a room on the 6th floor. • The room on the 3rd floor had COCKROACHES, the bathroom door was always open and could not be closed tightly, the bathroom was very dirty, the TV could be turned on but could not be used. The hotel's staff is good, but they do not know about booking and checking on app. I've booked two rooms with the reduced price and told them when I first checked in. However, they told me that they do not know about this, so they applied the standard price (higher than the price mentioned on agent) and they also did not confirm my attendance. This made me nearly receive the no-show fee on my card. Luckily, the agent support helps me a lot to deal with this problem by contacting the hotel. In conclusion, the staff is friendly enough though some of them do not know about this service. The location is hard to find. To get to the hotel, we have to use google map since the hotel locates in the deep alley and do not have the exact address. The room is clean and what impressed me most in the double room is the full glass wall. The TV has a Full HD resolution screen and Netflix for me to enjoy the film. Nevertheless, the room does not have many sockets so I have to bring my own for all of us have enough sockets to use 4 laptops simultaneously. The parking lot is secured and locked during the night. The security guard does not usually show up in the day time.
