The location is close to Bukit Bintang, within walking distance, and easy to find eateries. Check-in/out is very easy. It's recommended to leave a cash deposit, and if you're checking out early, you can pick it up at the front desk the night before. We got a room with a view of the Twin Towers.

The check-in experience with Maplehome was terrible. We were relocated due to their poor booking system, yet we still paid the full amount. The relocated hotel (D'Majestic Place) was much cheaper, and no refund was offered. They claimed I agreed because they offered late check-out, which I never confirmed because I wanted to see the hotel first. The room was unsatisfactory, with a broken bedside table, spiderwebs on the ceiling, and messy TV wiring. Overall, I did not enjoy the stay.

It was nice, clean, and comfortable, except there were a few small cockroaches wandering around. But they came from the drains.

The hotel is spacious, comfortable, the AC is cold, the bed is soft, when taking a shower you want to take a long shower because of the cleanliness, I recommend travelers to stay here.

Good apartment for your stay. Near to tourist places, to food places, and to the mall too.

RM 150 DEPOSIT! VERY HIGH EVEN THOUGH THE ROOM HAS BEEN PAID IN FULL. THE BED SHEET HAS STAINS. IT WAS REPLACED AFTER A COMPLAINT. NO DRINKING WATER, NO COFFEE, TEA SACHET. NO HANGER. CHECKOUT TIME THE OFFICER ONLY ARRIVED AT 8:30 AM!

I stayed there for 9 days and the room was only cleaned once 😒, I asked for a change of towel but the service was very, very bad, the location is good but the service is not good, then every night I heard a knocking sound like someone was working, I don't know what the sound was, then I wanted to use the swimming pool during the day but I couldn't because they gave me the medicine during the day, it should have been at night 🤨

The place is clean and nice, it's close to everywhere, you can just walk to Alor or Bukit Bintang.

There is no front desk. Their phone number can not be reached. Staff is rude. Do not be fooled by their “Swiss Residence” brand. It is managed by a local company. Stay away!!!

Here they write a capacity of 9 people but it can accommodate more, two toilets in room 2. The TV room is connected to the dining table and small kitchen and everything is still spacious. There is a washing machine, microwave, cooking utensils, refrigerator, iron, and there is a broom in the cupboard near the apartment exit. Towels can be changed 2 days later. Bring your own drinking water because there is no dispenser and gallon. There is a stove but for boiling water there is also an electric kettle. Across there is Jalan Alor, in front of the apartment there is a 7 eleven and 2 other mini markets. Nearby there is a cheap Grab report around 12-17 ringgit only. By the way, there is a swimming pool and a gym on the 6th floor as well as a small canteen

The staff is friendly and the apartment is quite strategically located. It's close to Lalaport and a 10-minute walk to Bukit Bintang.

The location was very strategic. Near alor street and also bukit bintang. you even can go to the newest mall lalaport. the room was spacious with full equipments. microwave, plates, stove, kitchen utensils. the bathroom was clean. overall i was satisfied to stay there. however, the bad things if you would like to have them clean your room, extra money needed and to get in and out you need barcode even for the elevator. that was the hassle.

There's no cleaning service to pick up bathroom trash, and the room isn't soundproof; if a repairman is doing repairs, you can hear them. The apartment bathroom doesn't have a strong flush.

The rooms are very nice, and the service is also excellent. It's very close to Jalan Alor and Bukit Bintang. I highly recommend staying here.
