Overall Good but there is 1 thing that needs to be more careful, please wash the mugs in the room, don't magic them, even though the color is black, the sticky spots are still there. For restaurants, pay more attention to polishing plates and cutleries

The food is the best 👌 The rooms and hotel are comfortable, fragrant, clean.

When you first enter the lobby, it smells really good, like a 5-star lobby in Jakarta. When you enter the room, it turns out to be really big, not like a 4-star room, and you get a pillow too. Close to Plaza Surabaya, Alun Alun Sby can walk. Really satisfied staying here

Basically, it's not a loss to stay at Morazen, all my requests are fulfilled, it's great, keep up the good work

I made a hotel room reservation from 7 Apr-10 Apr 2025 with a bed 1 single bed type. However, when I checked in I found the bed with a 2 single beds type combine into 1 bed which was uncomfortable (room 1618). On the 2nd day, I was moved according to my reservation after I made a complaint, but another problem arose, at the night there was a puddle of water in the room from the shower room (room 608). Again that night I was moved to another room on the advice of the maintenance team (forgot the name. He is very helpful person) while the FO did not make an officially apologize due to the above. Then finally I decided to move to the other hotels. Due to this incident, I was very disappointed with the service that I have received from the Morazen Hotel.

Very comfortable, spacious room, clean bathroom, unfortunately it doesn't smell good, there is no air freshener like in the lobby, the lemongrass aroma is fresh and nice

The staff is friendly, the bed is big with an extraordinary room size, the food is also varied and all delicious, there is also delicious ice cream, noodles with various flavors, jamu jamu, fruit pudding. In short, it is complete. There is a swimming pool, fitness and jacuzzi.

It's really cool, but there's only one thing missing, the fridge isn't cold, but overall it's okay.

I booked this extra room for my business colleague, who came with me on my trip to Surabaya. He was impressed and agreed that Morazen is one of the most preferred hotels to stay in Surabaya. He also gave two thumbs up as he was surprised that Morazen provides bolsters and the pillows were so comfortable since he has sleeping difficulties and all these help him to rest better during his stay. Like me, he also commented on the foods on the breakfast buffet menu which were a bit too salty. Other than that, he very much enjoyed his stay at Morazen and said he definitely will choose Morazen for his next trip.

Another stay at Morazen. As usual, never disappoint me. However, this time the foods on the breakfast menu, some of them are a bit too salty. Maybe it is because of the fasting month so the chef could not taste the foods before serving it. Other than that, I enjoy my stay at Morazen as always. Good job & keep it up Morazen. See you again on my next trip to Surabaya.
