The location always makes this hotel a favorite for me and my family.

It's always a pleasure to stay here, especially considering its proximity to Thamrin City. It's easy to get around, and there are plenty of eateries nearby. There are, of course, drawbacks, especially since getting to and from the hotel often involves traffic jams, so you rarely get dropped off directly in front of the lobby. Instead, stay at the closest and easiest location, as that would waste a lot of time.

staff was friendly but the room was not satisfactory. There were stain on the chairs. No extra pillow. Bathroom only provided with toothbrush, shampoo and shower gel. Electrical outlet uses indonesia's socket, so need to bring your international adaptor; my fault. the towel does not absorb water after shower. Full Stop

The Dharma Wanita women and I stayed at the Shalva Hotel, which I booked through the app, for eight rooms. We were very pleased with the hotel's strategic location, proximity to shopping centers, and the very affordable price we booked through the app. We hope to stay again. Thanks.

The room kinda smell and toilet a bit dirty. But location very near thamrin city walk distance but be careful of the road. Service and their bellboy very helpful.

My subscription stays, close to everywhere

I really like it, even though the lobby is a bit narrow, the room is spacious and close to the shopping center. If possible, the price could be lowered again.

The food here is delicious. Only the floor of the room I stayed in was a bit damaged. Otherwise, it was satisfactory.

disappointing. unhygenic. very bad service. old broken facility (no water heater, no wifi, no hairdryer (only by request - to be used 30 mins). not recommended.

all good, the staffs were so friendly and helpful , the room was comfortable and the hot water were running ,the meals was good especially the porridge...yummy , the ambience was good near from any mall in Central Jakarta only one thing which was the cleaniness in bed room still need some improvement as for example , in the room where I stayed, the dust so thick on the both bedside lamp, i hope the manager see this review as a based for improvement we were so happy stayed 1 nite in the Shalva Hotel and will do that again in the future if we have a chance

The sheets need to be changed.. there is no doormat in the bathroom.. the towels don't absorb water..

There are lots of mosquitoes in the room, bro, the hotel restaurant isn't ready for us, so we have to go out to find food.

The room AC is not cold, there are no towels, the sink is broken, cleanliness is lacking, I am very disappointed staying at this hotel, I have complained several times and asked for a room change but it was not served quickly with a medium price. I think the hotel management needs to be better and I will not stay at this hotel again.
