The hotel's location is strategic, it's close and if you want to find food, just go in front, the room is very spacious, I happened to take the VIP, the staff is friendly, the food is delicious even though there isn't much variety, the waterboom is clean, we stayed 3D2N, thank God it was comfortable, keep up the good work!

Friendly staff, great breakfast with mountain view. Only the swimming pool is crowded, maybe because of the long holiday.

The hotel staff is friendly, quick to respond to complaints about hotel facilities that are not functioning properly, the food is delicious, the atmosphere in the restaurant is very beautiful, suitable for staying with family.

The service is good, only the cleanliness of the sheets and blankets is full of stains.

It's quite fun, for the family. For the future, if possible, provide a spoon to stir the coffee. So when brewing coffee, you won't be confused when stirring it. Also, there are no tissues in the bathroom

Because it was Eid holiday, the waterpark was very full. Parking was also difficult because it was mixed with waterpark visitors. Breakfast choices were also very standard. The room was also not soundproof. When I wanted to sleep, the next room snored and it was very clear to hear in our room. So it was hard to sleep sob

It's really good, the place is nice, I chose executive even though the mountain view is not very visible because it's blocked by the waterboom, the food is quite tasty, the room and bathroom are nice

My family and I really enjoyed our staycation here. Clean rooms, good service, delicious breakfast. Next time we will stay here again. Hopefully they can maintain the service and cleanliness. Thank you.

Yesterday was the second time I stayed there, always satisfied with the service and cleanliness of the room and pool.

This is my second time staying here. The room is okay, the big beds are great for 4 people, I booked during Eid and got a cheap price for the VIP room type. For the bathroom, many of the faucets are already rusty, I think you can use a special rust cleaner to make it shiny again. So far I haven't been sick of sleeping here, it's great.

2 stars from the night asking for a laundry bag even though I spoke directly to the staff in front until the next morning no one delivered it wanted to make hot water, the kettle was used by someone who made tea before didn't check to be washed or what??? for the first experience this is pretty bad breakfast menu is also very little, it's cold too. not like the neighbor next door the room smells like a smelly toilet, it doesn't smell good 😭😭 the pool water is cloudy not too warm anymore if you want to be fussy, there are a lot but okay 🙂‍↔️ that's enough and thank you

everything is good except the bedroom is not soundproof, when someone snores next door it comes into our room

What I think is lacking in the bathroom is that the utilities need to be updated, especially the water tap in the room I used. The tap is already messed up and leaking, the water is not very hot, there are crusts on the ceramic.

The staff is friendly, the rest is just standard. The pool water is cloudy because of many visitors from outside.

When checking in at 12.00, the room was not ready. Later when it was ready, we contacted via WA. Until 15.00 we were not contacted. The wifi network is not good.
