I booked a room at 6:30 pm check in, 2:30 pm check out the next day. Booked a room with a sea view so it was very nice, the receptionist was very ok

Clean the bathroom, old towels should be replaced with new ones.

The parking lot is under construction so there is a lot of sand and dust. Each parking fee is 5,000 VND, overnight fee is 10,000 VND.

Cheap and beautiful room, million dollar view, very satisfied. If I can't book a room here next time, I won't go to NT.

I gave a full review, great but not perfect because I don't want to affect other customers who booked here. 1 I had to check in late and when checking out I was called to check out early. 2 I booked a 2-night stay at the hotel but only used wifi for 1 night. 3 The balcony door had a problem and couldn't be closed. Many flies flew into the room at night. The air conditioner didn't work well. 4 I got lost in the elevator because the staff didn't show me which elevator to take in the basement. Those are the 4 points I found inconvenient in the hotel that was considered 4 stars when I checked in. I would still book again if I had the chance. If I still encounter these 4 errors, I will immediately give a bad review so that the hotel can review them again or fix the preparation process. I booked a room with a beautiful sea view, high floor but hot and strong water, fast elevator, food at the restaurant downstairs is reasonably priced and still suitable for Vietnam.

The room is clean, spacious and comfortable. The receptionist is friendly and cute. The wifi is too weak. Because it is located in a residential building, it will be a bit difficult for those who like quiet. In addition, the reception desk is located in the restaurant. After checking in, my clothes smelled of food and grease.

The actual room image on the app page and reality are not the same. I booked a direct sea view but the room I received was different.

- Air conditioner leaks - Small room without sofa like when booked - Paid parking - Unclean balcony. Moss stains on the corner of the wall - Peeling floor can easily cause falls due to dark color that is hard to see.

Everything is very cool, the only inconvenience is that the elevator is a bit slow to go up and down and CANNOT USE WIFI, PHONE SIGNAL IS WEAK. I don't know if this is because my room 2926 has no signal or not. There is a TV but I can't watch anything, I contacted the receptionist - THE RECEPTIONIST SAID HE WILL CALL THE TECHNICIAN TO FIX IT, BUT I WAIT FOR A LONG TIME AND THE TECHNICIAN IS NOT SEEN. BORING. But in short, the room is clean, the space is spacious, the cleaning staff is lovely, everything is cool except the wifi and phone signal.

The place is suitable for my family. Next year if I take a vacation I will come back.

The room space is very beautiful and comfortable, reasonable price, good sea view, highly recommend for everyone when coming to Nha Trang!

I booked a seaview room, thinking it would have glass windows overlooking the sea. Check-in was a surprise because it had a balcony with sea, city and mountain views. I really like. I stayed on the 27th floor for one night. In the evening, I had fun watching the moon and seeing it so close to me. The staff is very cute and enthusiastic. Help me open rooms and check out a little late. Thank you so much🥰. There is a definite chance of coming back

Extremely bad experience. The room is old, smelly, and the floor is swollen. I booked a room for 3 days, but every day my card was locked, calling the hotline never worked, one day I was busy checking in guests so I didn't pay attention to my phone, one day the hotline number was wrong. The staff's attitude was bad. Extremely bad, no apology whatsoever for the customer's inconvenience. The first day I arrived, I insisted on getting my ID even though I said my ID was put in my suitcase, I would take it down when I got to the room, but I refused, saying this was my policy, then is "many people talk like you but never stop" in an extremely annoying voice. Finally, the final conclusion was "I'll deposit 1 million for you, go up to the room and bring down your ID and I'll give it back" while my room fee had already been paid in full. Will never come back again, everyone should consider carefully before booking!!!
