Extremely bad experience. The room is old, smelly, and the floor is swollen. I booked a room for 3 days, but every day my card was locked, calling the hotline never worked, one day I was busy checking in guests so I didn't pay attention to my phone, one day the hotline number was wrong. The staff's attitude was bad. Extremely bad, no apology whatsoever for the customer's inconvenience. The first day I arrived, I insisted on getting my ID even though I said my ID was put in my suitcase, I would take it down when I got to the room, but I refused, saying this was my policy, then is "many people talk like you but never stop" in an extremely annoying voice. Finally, the final conclusion was "I'll deposit 1 million for you, go up to the room and bring down your ID and I'll give it back" while my room fee had already been paid in full. Will never come back again, everyone should consider carefully before booking!!!
