I enjoyed staying at Serapi Hotel

Serapi Hotel, Kuching was pleasant and cozy. The staff were friendly and accomodating.

The hotel is comfortable and satisfying, the hotel also provides rugs, refrigerators, ironing boards, irons, and very comfortable mattresses

Hotel location to my event location is very convenient. Hotel Serapi still insist on deposit of RM100 even though it has been stated that no deposits will be taken in the invoice received from Traveloka. Room is just OK as we have to switch to another room due to air conditioning problem. Also toilet door is faulty and had to push hard to close it.

The room and washroom were clean but only the bed was a bit hard.

This hotel near the tourist attraction, but if you guys want to park your car need to make an early reservation as it was limited car park area. The room that I've stayed a bit dirty, dusty, and their toilet have some mold at the wall. Lastly their restaurant service were excellent, their food were tasty.

The receptionist is not friendly, check out must be on time, just asking for prayer time will be charged if it is later than 12 o'clock.

1. The room for 3 people that I booked has no air conditioning and has been changed to a 2-room apartment which is very comfortable. Thank you very much for being able to stay for 3 days. 2. The staff are all friendly and welcoming.

Good but deposit rm100 is expensive. Should get rm50 for deposit.

I'm silent, this hotel comments the room is ok, only the breakfast, the cup for breakfast is still dirty, yellow, not clean and the breakfast food is pound bread moldy and black, I have no appetite to eat.. I'm afraid of stomach ache.. thank you very much.. I'm very sorry about the breakfast only. .

The hotel looks a bit old and I do not like the bathroom which is a bit too low end. However I would say that the hotel is value for money for the amount paid. The room floor felt a bit dirty as well. The positive feedback is on the responsiveness and helpfulness of Serapi staff. Staff were quick to respond when I called room service.

Good environment💞 Comfortable room. Affordable price. Close to places to eat. In the middle of Kuching city, and the staff is very kind. 😋

We enjoyed our stay 2d/1n at serapi Hotel. Located at Satok Business centre. Near to shopping complex, shops and banks. 5 minute drive to waterfront. The room is clean and tidy. Excellent WiFi connection. Friendly receptionist and staff. Delicious breakfast especially nasi lemak and laksa sarawak. Value for money. My suggestion to improve in future, please prepare fresh milk for coffee and tea, add variety of fruits. Keep it up! Serapi Hotel. We will be back soon.
