Too complicated, making it difficult to check in. Even though I had paid via the application, the receptionist said the voucher email had not been received. In fact, he was asked for an additional deposit which did not match what was stated. There is a vote of no confidence in the customer.

The hotel's location is strategic, there is a car service to the airport and you only pay Rp. 7,000 for a parking ticket. The room is worth it at the price for 2 guests. I happen to be alone. Overall cleanliness is okay. However, if you look carefully at certain angles, there is a lot of dust. I tried plugging the cable behind the TV, there was a lot of dust and I immediately sneezed. You can get hot water in the breakfast area, and the only thing available is pop noodles for Rp. 12,000. Suggestion is better to go next door, there are Alfamidi and Indomaret. Buy it there, brew it at the hotel. I ordered via the application voucher. But when I asked for a bill from the hotel, I wasn't given it. It's really a shame. Overall okay. If you ask, is it recommended? The answer is no. But it's still worth trying if you're just staying overnight.

The room where I stayed (Room D) had the AC not very cold. But apart from that it's quite okay, because the access is close to mini markets and places selling food.

The service is very good, the receptionist accommodates requests for early check-in at no additional cost. The condition of the bedroom and bathroom is quite decent & quite clean in Room A05. It's just that because the position of the room is close to the lobby area, it's a bit noisy because people take turns hanging out, chatting, & laughing at high volume. Around the hotel many sell food. There's even Alfa & Indomaret which are next to each other from the hotel. FYI, this hotel has been lowering its room rates for a long time, and as a consequence they no longer provide breakfast. Overall, Emperor Hotel is very decent especially for low budget hotels.

Hotels according to price. There is a drop-off facility to the airport according to guest requests. Access to find lots of food on either side of the hotel. Only presumably in room B-04, small sink water. Overall good. I recommend this hotel for transit. Thank You.

The service is not good because the rooms are mosquito and breakfast is stale.

Cleanliness is less maintained so there is a fairly disturbing aroma like in the bathroom. The bathroom door can't be tightly closed.

I arrived at the hotel at night, and continued to be served by the male hotel waiter. Honestly, he's not really good at the service. Don't explain how about breakfast (I happen to take the package that has breakfast). right up to the room, and want to go to the bathroom, it turns out the water is cloudy until I have to wash my face with the mineral water provided at the hotel. the television also can't be turned on. What's worse is the breakfast only fried tofu, crackers, and soup soup. My hotel rented here (Tarakan) is more expensive than the hotel I rented in Bali but the service is more extra good in Bali. Disappointed and disappointed to the Emperor's hotel again.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. If in the afternoon there are many local food outlets around open. Steamed rice near the hotel was very crowded, tasty, and cheap.
